It would be cool, but i feel they need to make the stats have some value, because at a certain point, there's a little difference that isn't noticeable between a 90 and a 100, aside the ones the level itself gives to you.

@@jaypeadieL611 Why it would be drastic? They're on early stages yet. Nevertheless it needs an improvement, because even with the added stats in OG AQW has little sense. Also, the stats have the main value and the enchantment ones, but honestly both needs a bit of rework main one and the enchantment one to differentiate eachother, this is my reason to go for this suggestion.

@@jaypeadieL611 I think i can understand why you like it, and it's not bad, in the end it's just preference, because the combat itself is comfortable to a certain point, and i can give you that because i enjoyed it many years. If you think a but there'll be a pint where it turned stagnant, most of the classes work the same no matter what you do, the enchantment does little influence, and well it's simple when it come to elements or alike. Check the game and you'll notice it. Most of these things are being taken care of in AQW right now, the enchantment powers, weapons that damage extra certain type of enemy, the clases are ok. Nevertheless, it can be better and i feel this is a good moment, specially with the stat/enchantment part to make the levels have more value, that's what i think. To me is hard because how it is played and that's why at least right now, i don't find it enjoyable with other problems the game have.

The running animation is not it, I’d prefer what we have then seeing my hero move like a downgraded poptropica character

they should change the 1. instead of holding the button, they should make it so you have to time the button press t do the combo

I love the new combat system. Everything I've dreamed of for this game.

I heard they will move all your data everything in your aqw account to infinity version. It just moving to steam from flash is that true ? So our levels or anything will not be reset right ?

I assume the new combat system is like that to prevent bots, I would also assume they'll have a system checker to see if you're truly active or automated?

I wish i saw that there were rare PTR drops. I did log in but i had no idea they added those items for this test. BIG BUMMER that i missed these items.

They will be back for other tests they are not going to have rares that are only available for a few hours on a random day.

It’s crazy, I remember playing during beta AQW, I wasn’t even in school yet. Now they are updating it to be much more modern. I hope they make AQ3D better because it has much more flaws than AQW. AQW infinity has me excited but I hope questing becomes much more fun and significant. Honestly, right now, it is barely replay-able. Only thing keeping me logging in is nostalgia. One of the biggest things I feel can also be improved is sound effects and I would like to have voice acting implemented.

I've been playing aqworld since 2009 and would love to play on this new aqworld game but if all our items class sword etc etc disappear then I won't even touch this new aqworld game. If we start from lvl 1 that's fine.

I only have one doubt about AQW Infinity: When the game is finally over, will be available to all devices, including cellphones with iOS and Android? Or it will be only for PCs with Steam?

I returned 6 months ago and found that starting a fresh notebook to write down all the map names helps immensely

@@Destroyah5000 In the settings, there is a built in Travel List. You put the map name in and can choose where to travel. or if your grinding a quest, you can put the list of all the places in it, and theres a button that says Travel Next. It was a great help grinding Legion Fealty 2 and 3.

honestly i feel you, longing for this game to make a massive return but it just aint gonna happen. Like at this point they are just making it worse. Looks so bad and they have been working for so long. Even the ui got a massive downgrade. idk what the f they are doing. I study computerscience, and when i see their work/progress it seems they are doing a sloppy job so i prolly wont play this trash

This looks worse than what we got currently, from the animation quality, to the movement, to the quality of npcs, the skills are the saving grace of this demo but I really hope that’s all they were really trying to show and everything else will be fixed

Yup, it doesn't look like aq without those terrible FPS 😂

aqw would already look so much better if it only had animation transition lmao, the characters are either running or completely idle and that is a big part of what makes the game look so clunky, plus it shouldn't even be that hard to transition from idle to moving considering the animation is rigged in 2D instead of hand-animated, wish they'd add that.
