Things I didn’t expect to do today: Cheer for a crab wearing a party hat as a shell. Highly recommend.

As someone who's been primarily into indie games for 25 years now, it's been a crazy ride for the past decade. Everything from Blasphemous, Stardew Valley, Hollow Knight, Hades, and Dead Cells to stuff like Outer Wilds, FTL or Rimworld. Indie Games have been outdoing AAA games for a long time now, imo. There's like 5 really good AAA games in the time we see like 20 amazing indie games. I genuinely love that indie games have finally reached the status they deserve. Hell, these days there are unlicensed, fan-made games of copyrighted franchises that are better than the official games of said franchises. Long gone are the days of being drip-fed mediocre indie games that could never hope to challenge the big studios. Now it's the big studios that really need to try and sell themselves to me, because even IF a AAA game is good enough to buy it, why would I pay $60 for a good game when I can buy 3 amazing indies? Hell, there are fucking INCREDIBLE indie games out there that cost like 15 bucks and offer far more than almost any current AAA. Hollow Knight still stands as the greatest value for the price game I've ever seen. The major difference tends to be that indie games are made out of passion, while big AAA games are made to sell.

Crab! The design for the Kril is adorable, I love the chaotic little guy! The way you defeated the first boss was unexpected but hilarious. What a bang! Good work on the other bosses too, especially the last one! Happy you're playing this game, looking forwards to the next one!

Games are so cool and crabs are absolutely incredible so the combination of these two really nice things has to be the best thing that happened this year.

To be honest, I’ve never been the biggest fan of regular unscripted gaming videos but this video is so good! The commentary is so peak

This came out around the same time as another game I was waiting for that I think you'd enjoy. It's a much shorter, more chill experience, but I think you'd love Little Kitty, Big City. It's totally up your alley, Quin.

Man, I was watching FightinCowboy play this like a month ago and I was sitting there thinking man, I know for a fact Quinn would eat this up! Glad to see him enjoying it

Genuinely, since it was revealed in that nintendo direct one or two years ago, i thought this was the perfect Quinn game. Glad to see you pick it up

I had no idea what was going on through this entire video but loved every second of it

If you start the video and rewind to the start a couple of times, you can make Quinn sound like he's rapping about crabs

The fact that the crab Naruto runs makes this 100x better and deservers to be game of the year

Out of all the things i thought I was guna see, crab version of Gyobu Masataka Oniwa (with his own Onikage!) was not what I was expecting 5 mins into the video 😂😂😂. A shame he doesn't yell as good but he got the spirit

I was wondering if this game was any good, I’m so glad you’re playing it! I just got completely obsessed with Dave the Diver, which I’ve seen have incredible reviews and yeah, it really is that fun. Idk how it would be for content, that’s your forté, but if you were looking for a fun game in your free time, I’d recommend it!

Also if you do play again there’s a movement glitch tech where you charge attack then jump right after the sparkle it gives you a speed boost (horizontal movement for big jumps)
