The ground condition conundrum here in the USAFL is bad as well. It would be nice if the AFL pushed some money in, but they'd be wanting to see some sort of return on investment, which there will never be sadly.

Some of the grounds in AFL London are of quite a good standard. There's a big difference between best and worst grounds, unfortunately, which is out of everyone's control. We were away at NL this week.

I don't understand why the rules for both the US & UK leagues stipulate there must be a minimal amount of Aussie players.

We've got a legit oval, and there's a few other good ones in AFL London, but we were away that day 😢
In terms of funding for these Amateur footy leagues the afl does fund them I remember reading something about that. either overall the afl gives 150k to all leagues or the usafl got that $$$ idk it’s been a while trying to look it up no luck rn I’ll edit later if I get somewhere proper.
