Bro how is it possible for a person like you to build an massive army without a sweat , I guess that is the magic of pay to win cause literally it took my friend 2 days to build a strong army with like wall breakers , Electro dragon etc. and some more stuff and also the reason that he took 2 days is because he wants to raid for a whole day without wasting a minute on building more troops

Isn't there a penalty if you rush? I'm almost th13 and I'm scared to upgrade, is the penalty permanently or until you max that particularly townhall stuff in the th13 that is. I only need few walls and Cannons
