If you keep the same sleep schedule you'll most likely not be groggy. It's something you have to keep up Example. Bed @10:30 wake up @6:40 or whatever if that's as consistent as possible ur good. If bed is 9:30 also fine. If u wake up 7:40 also fine. Etc. within an hour
