Hey! A tip I’d like to give you- don’t bring ladders when you villager hunt! If you don’t bring a ladder, villagers will never spawn on the 2nd or 3rd level! But still bring a vaulting pole because villagers will still spawn across the river if you don’t bring one.

My mother dumps two whole bottles of Alfredo into the pan while making pasta, I don’t know why I wanted to say that. It’s just because you always mention chicken Alfredo. Btw love your vids and builds!

Hi Raven! My 9 year old daughter Zoe and I watch your videos. She’s obsessed with you and rewatches you pretty much every day. We live in Florida also, so if you ever do a meet up, she would love to meet you. I found out some tricks when villager hunting and I thought I would share - 1. Don’t bring a ladder. If you only bring your pole, you’ll only ever have a villager on the ground level and you won’t have to waste time climbing up. - 2. We have found out that if you talk to the villager and then blow out the campfire, you won’t get any repeats.

I'm not sure about #1 but #2 is a myth. However, a tip I have is that if you have amiibos, if there's a villager you don't like/want you can invite them to campsite and you won't see them while villager hunting. You could also utilize this to better your chances of a certain villager - say if you're looking for a cat, the more cats you have on your island the more likely the cat you're looking for is to show up (because there's less cats for the game to choose from) and this includes anyone who's in your campsite on a day you're villager hunting.

15:54 I just realised, if you took Merengue, even tho she’s not that matching to the theme, you could make her a café (yes again lol) but it’s like those cute rustic cafés with local sourced fruits and she could have made fruit tarts 😭😭😭

Meeting Norma again on a villager hunt must have been awkward😂

real random, but the pickle thing, my mom has low sodium and it can really set her back if she’s not careful and they have these “pickle pops” (smaller than normal popsicles but they pack a pickle punch) that are just frozen pickle juice but they do help a lot after her workouts! I like indulging in one once and while when I’m on my period (Also I know some athletes buy the smaller pickle shot drinks too! They are also about as tasty as a shot of pickle juice can be)

Ive noticed that now you have to go through multiple bubbles to invite the villagers to your island, i got so scared when i found Tangy and she kept saying how it would be nice to move to an island and i was like "hello?! let me invite her??" Nintendo giving us heart attacks lol

I did a village hunt with 3 tickets because I'm a person who struggle with saving Nook Miles and I skipped the robot octopus (sorry I don't remember his name!) which I thought was very cute. AND I used my next 2 tickets and just fell asleep and I woke up today and ANKHA FILLED MY PLOT. In relation to the microphone incident: I work with students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, and a classroom accommodation is providing their teachers with a microphone that connects directly to their hearing aids. I can’t tell you how many Teachers do the EXACT same thing. They wear it to the bathroom and the student gets a show 🙃

About the bathroom chat - once I was in a public unisex restroom and forgot to lock the door, and a little boy walked in. Thankfully I was done and just washing my hands but still I felt mortified that I'd just accidentally left it unlocked 🙈

I've been having a really rough week with work. . Your videos honestly make me so happy and have given me so many laughs ❤️❤️

Speaking of the pickle juice thing, when I was in high school, they sold frozen pickle juice at football games and called them pickled pops. They smelt horribly but they tasted so good!

I reset my island for the millionth time and my 3 NM challenge I ended up with Shelly, Sasha and Shino…in that order. (I took them all because I’m too scared of auto fill) BUT I’m looking for the perfect frog to be my costal cottage buddy and dock worker…

9:00 picklebacks are a drink where you drink vodka then pickle juice. kills the taste and the high sodium makes you drink water. if you like pickles pickle juice is pretty tasty albeit sour, severity depending on the brand.

About the bathroom story… Once when I was in I think kindergarten I went to the bathroom (there were two classrooms next to each other and there was a door in the back of each of them that led to a small “hallway” that led to two bathrooms that were shared) and I forgot to lock the door (because I was like 6 or something) and a teacher walked in while I was on the toilet and it was so embarrassing 😂
