Passing real estate exam is when you study hard, if you can't or don't even have time then I advise you get yourself a help like Mr Marcus.

You are so right about changing your answers I took the TEXAS real estate exam last month for the first time. I failed both sections by 3 points because I changed my answers at the end 😭 I’m going up retake it!

Thank you! When it came to math there was maybe 6-7 questions, I’m horrible at math so I knew I didn’t want to stress myself out over the math and just focus more on the “bigger” stuff. But I used prep agent and a prep book from Amazon

You get 3 tries and after you fail 3 you have to take additional hours then you’ll get 3 more tries.

Here in Texas you have to take additional hours either 30 or 60 depending on the sections you failed, after you complete the course and get the certificate email it to them and they should give you those attempts back once they receive the certificate.

When you retook it did you have to take both portions but they only calculate the portion you fail?

So whichever one you fail that’s the one you have to retake it automatically calculates which portion you passed

You will retake which ever portion you failed if you failed the state you’re only retaking the state, you’re not retaking the national. If you already passed the national then you don’t have to worry about any national test bc you passed it you only need to worry about the state if you failed it

Girl it was a relief!! The whole process from starting the courses to taking the test was mentally exhausting.

I went through The CE Shop to take my 30 hours after the 3rd attempt. You get 3 attempts if you fail after 3 then you have to take additional hours

There’s maybe 2-3 questions that will pop up on the next attempt from the last test.

So I passed the state on the very first try I passed the national on my 5th attempt. So once I failed the national 3 times I took my additional hours took it again the for the 4th time & passed the 5th time

so yall score doesn't pop up at the end of y'all test because ours do

No ma’am, once the test was finished, the proctor exited us out, we went up to the front and they had our score sheet already printed out and ready to hand it to us 😭

I’m gonna give you the same advice my great grandmother gave me that helped me pass. She said don’t second guess yourself & don’t change any answers. Whatever answer I knew was correct I clicked it and moved on. If I wasn’t sure about a question I wouldn’t answer it, I would move on then come back to it
