I Participated in An AMAZING FESTIVAL IN GHANA | EXPLORE GHANA CULTURE | LIFE IN GHANA
Although I spent a portion of my childhood in Ghana, I never got to learn about the Ghana Culture. In this video I attended the Asafo Tu Festival, A festival in Ghana celebrated by the people of Ada. It is a celebration of the soldiers and chiefs who participated in establishing the Ada township.
The festival was was held at Nkyimkyim Museum (nkyimkyim-installation.busine...)

My favorite Jasmine content as a #GhanaianKulturePreservationist. The clay used on your skin is a type of sacred chalk found in some of our rivers. My Late Grandma used to tell us that, when an Ada person ages, he/she turns into an Ewe; and when an Ewe ages he/she transforms into a crocodile and slips into the waters of the Volta...This simply means that the Adas and Ewes share a common genetic Afrikan bond, as ageless and timeless as that of the crocodile.
