You should add a sky related scene above the stitch scene and add something on the sleeve maybe Rapunzel related. And maybe something on the collar? You could do like a part 2. But I still think it’s super cute the way it is.

It turned out AMAZING. my only thought was maybe adding some lanterns or smth from tangled to the other sleeve to balance it out. But I totally agree - the sketchy, rough vibe to the art works perfectly with the denim, and you chose really really fun and well executed little tributes to Disney 🤗

Nobody can pull of the disney vibe better than Chloe 💜 ***btw I am a very small art youtuber***

Tip on getting paint off clothing: nail polish remover

Just a tip if you want to use fabric paints in the future, you should put down a layer or two of white paint, similar to a layer of gesso. It makes the colours a lot more vibrant and you don't have to do a million layers. They also make 'air erasable' fabric pens that you can sketch with and the marker disappears after a while. If you like your acrylics, they make fabric medium that you add to acrylics to make it less likely to flake off and more flexible, or you can simply heat set it with an iron.

I just painted the Disney castle on the back of a jean jacket I found a Ross last week!!! Sadly, I got a splotch if white paint on the collar 😓 but otherwise I love it.

I saw another comment saying if you apply nail polish remover then it gets paint off clothes. I havent tried it so you may want to research a little first.

Moriah Miller thanks a lot, I’ll see if it works for me. I did use permanent fabric paint though 😬 so I’m not sure how well it would work.

You could also turn some of the Mickey heads into Minnie's? Give some of them bows? Looks so cute!

I would have loved to see some lanterns on the pascal sleeve, since the balance is a touch uneven, given that the Pooh side has honey on the pocket, and bees, with a Pooh on the sleeve. The tangled side only has the flower/sun on the pocket, pascal on the same side and nothing on the sleeve. But the overall jacket is so cute!

Am i only one who doesn't own a Denim Jacket?.... Just me?.... I guess society won't accept me....

I've watched a couple of jacket paintings lately and I'm really enjoying this trend. So cut that you added Pascal and Stitch. I've got to paint some Disney fan art soon! Also, thanks for saving the bees!

For future reference you can add rubbing alcohol to acrylic paint to make fabric paint, it just takes a few layers :)

Chloe! If you do get acrylic paint on clothes accidentally, hairspray is great at removing it without damaging the fabric x

You can turn acrylic paint into fabric paint by adding textile medium. That's what I use to paint my fabric items and its cheaper than tulip brand Another alternative is painting it then clear coating it with fabric mod podge which I have done as well

I love your jacket idea! You mentioned you couldn't get paint out of your clothes. There is a way to get acrylic paint out of your fabrics and just about anything else. Depending on how heavily pigmented the item is, you may have to be patient and repeat the process several times. I teach art to middle schoolers and they can get pretty crazy. This stuff is truly AMAZING! It is "Krud Kutter Tuff Task". The spray bottle is yellow. You can get it on Amazon. Home Depot and Lowe's carry it but they are not consistent with where they place it. I have found it in the paint department when I couldn't find it in the cleaners section. There are several "Krud Kutter" products. I use both the red spray bottle and the yellow spray bottle. I think the yellow is best on fabric and the red actually gets paint splatter off walls and floors. To get more concentrated paint patches off floors and walls, use the yellow.

I like using a fabric paint medium so you can mix it with the acrylic paint. Saves money on buying both kinds of paints.

That jacket is adorable! I love the lilo trim at the bottom, and all the bees floating around the hunny!! I totally impulse bought some shampoo and conditioner! I keep seeing you advertise it, and your hair just looks so nice. It was cheaper than what I expected for no sulfates/parabens and the customization!

My favorite thing you’ve done so far! I would so buy this if I saw it in a store!

Helpful hint: add small amounts of water to your paints, you'll need more layers but it insures that it will really melt into the fabric and makes the over all details a lot smoother. Happy painting. 👌

There is fabric medium you mix with acrylic paint. It makes the paint crack less and washable. That is how my mom and I painted tshirts back in the day. Just for anyone who like to do this themselves.
