It looks like she spent $50 at a garage sale on the way over to the apartment. Seriously though, she needs to provide a receipt from the merchant, not just her list and you need to take her to small claims court. I wouldn't feel bad at all about giving out her business name or her real name. Not in the slightest. She obviously did a horrible job and deserves a matching review. She knew you were a KZreadr, so she should have known what she was getting herself into.

I wonder if Alyx kept a contract with this woman of here is the amount I'm giving you, this is your rate and this how much to be spent on the items I asked for. For most service contracts the person who has been hired is by law required to continue working until the buyer has been satisfied, especially if everything was paid for before the service was provided

oh my god, i got so angry watching this. NINE MONTHS, she could've created a child inside of her and yet she couldn't even create a decent decoration. it was pretty obvious that she wouldn't spend the 3 thousand dollars in items, tho, she obviously has to get some money for her "work".

The 1st pillow is $17 I couldn't find the second pillow, comments suggest it was $19 The 3rd pillow is $16 The stool is $30 The chair is $30, but she cut up the fabric so we could say it's $15. I'll keep it at $30 I couldn't find the pillow for the chair but suggested $13 The first picture of the palm tree comes from the chair (free) the frame comes in a set of 2 which cost $5 The second picture is printed (free) and I don't know if this is the exact frame but it looks like a $2 frame from IKEA The third picture frame is from the set (1st picture frame) The third picture, which I couldn't find the exact painting, comes from an artist who sells paintings for $20 I couldn't find the fourth painting, but most likely came from a thrift store. I'll keep it at $23 just to stay safe The fourth painting's frame cost $10 The fifth picture is the fabric copied in a copier (free) in a frame that cost $25 The sixth picture is printed (free) in a picture frame that cost $1 A picture frame that cost $70 The party decorations can be homemade (free) but just in case lets make it $3 This totals to $284 I used the internet btw, but I could be wrong for some items EDIT: I FORGOT THE SHELF AND FAKE FLOWERS The shelf looks familiar, but I am not certain, to a scandiborne $50 dollar hanging shelf. The flowers could be homemade (free) but to be safe I'll say $7 (because the pot) actual total: $341 (tell me if I missed anything.

Hahah yeah no, she wouldn't lose money. You can take this to small claims court, meaning no lawyers so she would only have to pay the filing fee, which would be 100 dollars. I did something very similar against a former landlord. She should definitely sue.

I'm not qualified as an interior designer but probably would've been able to do a better job for $50 and a cup of ramen. But honestly though she sounds dodgey as fuck and if she didn't inform you about her 'service fees' until after spending all your money I'm pretty sure that's illegal??
