@@AaronUnknownPerformance I’ve just bought a 2015 fiesta st i need more power but don’t want it ridiculously loud any suggestions? I’ve been told a stage one which is just a remap will put it to 225 bhp which will probably be ample for the road but was thinking of doing track days so may need extra power.

I feel this bugger has fought you all the way, glad to see it turned around and better than new Azz.

That is really interesting - I'm building my 4g63 engines exactly the same way with exactly the same parts))

Just had a look at one of them fuidampr for my 1.8T........ they are pricey.... £400!!!! But I suppose spending all that money on mods it’s worth it’s weight 👍🏻
