personally i loved ww2's crates the most, not only because of the animations but also because of the cards and weapon varients. The different ''classes'' in cards like resistance and the art on the back of the cards instead of the colour to let you know what rarity its gonna be made me hyped to get those heroic varients.

AW supply drops were the only ones I liked, no fluff, just weapon variants and outfit items. Stat changes on the guns were somewhat pay-to-win, but many were fun to play with and added variety.

Dude I would pay 200$ to get all my AW guns back. It’s not about the money. It’s about the nostalgia. It took me 32 in game playing days to get everything.

Never getting the XMC from bo3 really tilts me till this day

ww2 crates were the best, between the animations, the simplicity in getting them and how often you actually got decent shit out of them was awesome. i remember when i got the faithful 2 springfield and being so hyped over it

Ww2 style of supply drops was great due to the fact everyone can see what you got and the weapon variants looked really good

i think it was one of the few only times the community actually came closer together for a small time. i remember people just watching what i got from like 10 to 15 saved supply boxes and then messaging me on xbox grongrtulating me if i got something good and was a good way to have a conversation with them as well as meet new nice people thru a small coneptive feature that was actually fround upon in its early stages in ww2.

WW2 hands down. They were easy to get and got a lot of what i wanted. Seeing them come down was awesome. It was also really cool seeing what your friend would get too. Not too sure if other games did that

The Goat II from WWII was my most sought after variant in that game and I freaked out when I finally got it around the time BO4 came out lmao

Basically, the codm crates are like csgo crates, but you can open 10 at a time.

The best thing I've gotten has to be the CEL-3 Infected in advanced warfare

idk. i personally level bo4, advanced warfare and ww2 together on having good features for supply drops. even if the loot pool was poor at least in bo4 u could obtain the supply drops easily and for free with not much effort. even in advanced warfare, all u had to do most times was just complete the easy challenges on there to get like 1 to 3 low tier cases and 1 higher tier case u can open. just waiting to get the royalty builds and some other builds and specific weapons from it from just a bit of grinding is why i believe it worked better than people make it out to be. i even like the new modernised approach to camo unlocks because tbf theres a decent amount of unqiue camos u get from grinding the game in multiple ways which at least half of them arnt that bad and since the new blueprint feature from 2019 where u can have camo's on the attachements and the gun which save over to using the blueprint camos on attachments for any gun that has it available is a huge plus. in MW II i realised that the ranked mode rank 5 camo blueprint had this cool bronze camo for the fss sharkin which i use on alot of my guns, ive not yet had a camo/skin on that attatchment and its something i used to grinded out for it not taking that much time to unlock it and as soon as i got it i put it on every weapon that uses the fss sharkin and even on my pre made blueprints. for something thats just bronze camo and a slightly altered look to the attatchment, it looks so incredibly nice on the guns bro. 1 of my most favourite features in cod that i have seen in a long time.

I got the obsidian steed in like the first week, but I never used it. It took me almost a full year to get the speakeasy

COD WW2/ Infinite Warfare had some decent systems with the salvage points to crafte. Best supply drop two Heroic weapons in COD WW2 and STG and M14

If you have everything in the game make a short and show us all the decals for emblems and paint jobs in bo3

The AK12 Bleeder Is A Rare Variant Too Though Its Fire Rate Is Slow But Its Damage Is Top Notch

well in CoDM there is a crate that you can use with credit it cost 20k for one epic crate but if you are pay in this game you can get it epic skin

On COD Mobile you can get free boxes but you gain them from the weekly missions and events, you also can get 1 Cod Point roulet, other than that you have to purchase boxes.

From aw I was able to get the obsidian steed and the speak easy in just a few days it was wild for me at the time

Best thing I got from each game is: AW: Legendary AK-47 and Dragunov BO3: Fury's Song and the Sten (R70 Ajax and MX Garand I got from Bribes) IW: Ripper Classic WWII: Heroic Variant of the Pump Shottie (biased cause I loved running Dragon's Breath) BO4: Peacekeeper and the Echohawk Dual Bore (Still hoping to get the goofy anime body pillow charm one of these days)

imo for advaned warefare it was the royalty varients. for ww2 it was the crates for bo4 its was the crates and how easy u could obtain them. going back to advanced warfare, another feature i loved from it also was being able to unlock free crates from rather simple and easy challenges.

I hate that they still force people to buy these in 10+ yr old games, just let us buy packs guaranteeing that we can get what we want instead of forcing us to get these boxes

I feel mwr supply drops are underrated

compared to most people, even in the cod games ive never played before, i still thought the system was cool and still worth it. for instance the world war 2 supply drops, advanced warfare and bo4 supply drops. because at least for those who grind the game or those who dont get to spend much time playing the game each day, u could still earn cases even if most of them were the lower forms rather easily and still be able to focus on weapon progression/customisation plus being able to unlock camos and clothing and cool unique stuff to style out with. its why i also prefer the new MW II way to get camo's. although im not a fan on getting the natural camo's through certain amount of kills or leveling weapons as imo they arnt that great and are the common equivilant in crate tiers, grinding for the limited time camo's and the unique special ones plus the hidden ones and ones u unlock via missions as well as the feature from even the 2019 version where u unlock camo blueprints and standard blueprints for the attachments and base weapon, i still really enjoy the specific unique features and was at least a step in the right direction within those games. i think my favourites are definately MW II, features surrounding this subject, world war 2 and black ops 4 with advanced warfare as a very close 4th position, purely due to the fact of how the feature worked within those games.

Advanced Warfare was the best system don’t care what anyone says, it gave purpose and so much grind to the game plus with variants it was just so fun grinding for them and opening them to see if you got something good and damn when you heard “ ELITE “ that was the best feeling in the world . After aw it just felt boring and annoying.
