Man Temporal is a brutal set, but I kinda like it. Sure it's frustrating, but the value like you mentioned in those chase cards stay relatively high. Plus the artwork is just fantastic imo. Just a little thing I've noticed Cuz: the sleeved booster packs seem to have much better pull rates. At least that's what I've found to be the case and I have been through wayyyy too many of them lol Awesome vid nonetheless!

This is definitely one of the set that has got tough pull rates! Nice and different cards though

i watch both the English and Japanese pokemon tcg content on youtube since I understand both, but you're my favorite by far. I really love your cheerful tone when opening these packs. Keep up the great work!

What a trippy rip, Cuz. The double ups were bizarre enough and then to get the same Ace Spec card in that booster box... strange. I haven't ripped too much of this set. I'm at maybe the 100 pack mark. No golds yet but I did pull a Bianca SIR. I like this set. Yes, the SIRs and golds are pretty stupid difficult to pull but so far it's been a fun rip. Definitely a decent number of cards in the set a lot of people want. People complain a lot about S&V but I honestly think we're getting spoiled with all the amazing arts the era has offered us thus far. Looking forward to what the back half of the generation brings.

Recently got back into the hobby and I have to say coming from all base set, jungle and neo. I prefer sword and shield packs over scarlet violet.

I know this goes against conventional wisdom but ETBs were the best for me with this set

Problem with S&V base is really no one likes it, which naturally keeps demand value down :(

It isn't the worst set but definitely is bottom half.

Very unfortunate i opened 7 booster boxes of temporal forces and only managed to pull gourging fire and eri sir

You have to forgive Whimsicott. And then the good pulls will come in Temporal Forces

I’m thinking the same thing. I think Pokémon is trying to find a happy medium of more difficult pull rates and keeping SIRs valuable

Pull rates are absolute poo

Holy twins basil opening lol I was hyped for Temporal at release, that hyped has turned into a mere meh. It's fighting for the bottom spot with SVBase for me.

I must have gotten crazy lucky with the TEF booster box I got on release day. Managed to pull an SIR Mortys Conviction, 4 ace specs and 3 IRs and like 6-7 full arts… box was LOADED. Definitely made the money back in pulls on that box if I were to sell them. TEF is like 4th on my list of favs for S&V… 151 being the #1 😂 which is probably everyone’s favorite

Can you wear a top hat please next time?

I don’t like this set. I feel like I’d should just burn $110+ and be done with it
