I Only Ate Low Calorie Weight Loss Foods For 48 HOURS | Healthy Junk Food + ICE BATH

Today's video is all about low calorie diet foods! As you all know, I have a massive appetite. If I ate as much as I wanted, well.....I'd be in trouble!
Luckily all these companies have been coming out with low calorie/low carb alternatives of the foods we love to help us stay on track with our diet and weight loss goals.
For the next 48 hours I only eat LOW CALORIE FOODS and give you all my honest review in regards to taste, value and satiety. Each day I have breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Most things were awesome! Others just didn't make the cut 😂
By the end of the vlog, I break down my favourite to least favourite meals I had over the two days.
Hope you all find this useful for the next time you go for groceries! Thanks for watching!

My experience was a little different. I saw Will at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?” I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

American labeling; Low fat! Low sugar! Low calorie! Then you read the back and it says "serving size; 4 chips" and it only gives you all of the calorie and macro info per serving size. Plus they are allowed to round down some numbers if it's below x amount per serving, which then allows them to make those claims on the front. It means I always have to do the math to compare foods, because a serving size can be whatever the company wants it to be. European labeling; Always has the "per 100gr" or "per 100ml" nutritional info but not always per serving size. Which is fine. It's easy to compare foods. And they don't round stuff down (for example "3,06gr carbohydrate") which makes me feel like I can trust it a little bit more. What I'm finding increasingly annoying is the use of the traffic light system on some of them packaging on the front. If it's low calorie, low sugar and low fat they can give that macro a green light, they'll give it a yellow light if it's above a certain number, and a red light if it's above that. I think that's annoying because they're using the idea that something has to be low sugar and low fat to be healthy. The traffic light system is supposed to make it easier for normal people to recognize healthier products but it's just pushing a low sugar low fat ideal. They halted the process of introducing it to packaging so now it's only on some packaged foods but not on everything.

@@c.s.9427 Organ meat is actually quite expensive here and incredibly hard to find, my granddad (butcher) told me it's since it gets put in a lot of popular deep fat fried snacks and other junk here. So they're a 'rare' treat for me, on days I feel really off (read: bored) I basically either cycle to the only place selling them nearby (10km) As for watching calories, I eat full fat Greek Yogurt, whole eggs and the likes (lean meat is a preference, I don't react well to fattier cuts) because price/kcal, same with oats and quinoa, would I eat a full plate of veggies instead? Happily, but some self-control for the wallet doesn't hurt. Just creating a balance that makes me happy. I'm maintaining my weight at 66kg (179cm) so if I ever wanna lean down further I just get 0% Yogurt (or Skyr, or French cottage cheese, which is just a yogurt really...) take out some egg-yolks, more veggies, less oats/quinoa, etc. So I could be cheaper, could be less cheap.

I've found them to be pretty horrible no matter how I prepared them unless it was in some dish that they were traditionally used in. They're great in japanese hot pot dishes imo because the flavor of the broth really soaks into the konnyakku noodles. I didn't think they were good in anything with a thicker sauce, it just doesn't absorb so well.

Don't give up on zucchini noodles, Will. The key is to spiralize then salt them fairly heavily and let the salt leech the moisture out for about 30 minutes, THEN saute for a few minutes on top of it all. That makes some pretty decent "noodles". If you have tried that method... then yeah maybe it's time to give up haha.

Some people are just blessed with their appetites. When I eat the Doucette frenchtoasts I need AT THE VERY LEAST klike 6-7 slices or I'm left -with no over exaggeration- painfully hungry. I'm like 168cm (5'6-ish) 68kg (150lbs-ish), so not even a big boy (actually quite a small one according to statistics) , just a hungry one. It's not even the lack of fats to satiate me, I've tried it with fiber powders, whole eggs, everything. Sometimes I see people order a cheeseburger and small fries and be like "ah man, that was good, I'll prolly skip lunch". What the actual fuck, that is not a meal, that's at most a small snack to me. I envy average people.
