this house on the market move is common to feel a good valuation out and how much it appreciates over time for homeowners of mansions. since there is not a good way to judge what a mansion is worth. people will just put it up. feel how much interest they have and if its feasible. possibly come back for another few mil shortly or wait five more years and really try to ask tens of millions more. the real estate agent likely was trying to convince the owner to sell the whole time and knew he wasnt that interested. they just do this to try an make those big commissions. but especially if people come on to strong on a mansions asking price they will reevaluate alot. personally i think if your agent wasnt upfront with you about the owners interest than they may be a bit shady. your giving an agent hundreds of thousands of dollars possibly even millions on these deals. ABsOLuTE brutal honesty is a must in a agent for these type of deals. to hear back simply: oh he couldnt find a place. means he wasnt really trying.

Dalia is new to you and me and just made her KZread debut with him, I get it, we don’t know how long he’s been with her, he never revealed how long he’s been knowing her, on the first vid together, they seemed fairly comfortable with each other, use common sense ! It’s not like she’s gonna own the house and kick him out at her convenience,quite the contrary ! He never showed interest in buying a house till Dalia was in the picture, if things don’t work out, house is still his.
