I never tire of making this recipe! With only 2 eggs! Simple and very tasty
✅️INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs.
- 100 g of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 8 g of vanilla sugar. (1 tsp)
- 100 ml of oil🌻. (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 125 g of natural yogurt (2/3 cup)
- 50 ml of milk (1/4 cup)
- 200 g of flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
- 9 g of baking powder (1 tsp)
- Zest of a lemon 🍋.
- Strawberry jam 🍓.
Oven preheated to 175 © for 20 minutes

Only 2 eggs, not counting the 8 or 9 other ingredients. You don’t need to show us filling up each baking cup. Waaaay too long.
