I’m looking for your help anyone that has any suggestions or resources for what I should have on hand in dealing with Marpe expander. I have to get the expander put in in order to expand my airways so that I can then get my tongue tie released.
I will be having six screws installed in the roof of my mouth, which I know will be painful at least for the first few days. But I can only imagine that I’ll be challenged throughout my daily life while wearing the Murphy so any suggestions you have for pain relief for just getting used to the device any tips and tricks. I would be so unbelievably grateful for your suggestions.
