Also the lines don't make sense or relate to each other. The reason he picked these words is because they roll off the tongue easily and allow him to rattle off syllables much quicker than other words will allow. There's nothing complex about it. Eminem wrote this verse for fun. That's fine. There's no need to pretend everything he's doing is complex. And if you tried to actually practice his verse you'd know that the hardest part is knowing where to breathe I'm the sections that came before and actually pronouncing the words properly. This part just has easier words.
