On what basis do you take hairofb or presstheattack ?(for kai'sa)

Depends on the matchup. When you have an all in Support like Nautilus, Alistar, then you take hailofblades to have burst. Otherwise press the attack. But i personally feel like kaisa is really weak atm compared to other adcs right now
We can tell you come from china server by the fact that you go collector on Jinx
