While I get the complaints in the comments section, I also think it's mostly Simon and Zerkaa who have opened the most boxes and it's purely because they are into collecting cards. Don't think the others are that much engrossed in it. I would do the same if I was into collecting cards, so don't blame them. And either ways, the unboxings are a joy to watch

Last time I brought the cards I got not one rare or even a shiny. Worst pack ever.

Trading cards in general with their inflated prices and the grading bs just seem to have devolved from their original purpose and are very akin to NFTs nowadays. No offense to Sidemen, but most of the Topps cards are just for show and actually don't do anything. At least the Yu-gi-ho ones and to some extent, the pokemon cards make sense cause you can play the game with them.

To be honest JJ kinda ruined the Draw The Sidemen set.

People complaining that Simon and Josh are opening cards are the worst to be honest. they’ve said this is a passion project for them, that they love cards and that it’s such a privilege that they are able to work with a company like Topps to have their own set (especially a Chrome set). They put the hard yards in (both creating fantastic content for a decade AND to make the set), so let them enjoy it for gods sake. There are plenty of low numbered hits to be found. Stop fucking whining and let them enjoy this.

disappointing.. my box just came in (i’m from canada and it cost twice as much) and my hobby box legit didn’t even have an auto lol.. just finished emailing Topps about it. posting this as a notice to anybody ordering overseas. heaven forbid i was a huge twitch streamer and opened this box on live.. terrible take! still a sidemen fan but what a sad and disappointing first experience.

Maybe cuz he’s opened loads… Danny (Peter)Aarons got way better cards than Simon in just one vid. I’ve seen loads of people commenting on getting way better cards then the sidemen, plus he says in the vid Talia opened some off camera and got a relic card. If he rigged them why wouldn’t he get a few of the 1/5 or relics and gave them away?

nothing like stopping the fans from getting anything good. there's no reason to buy them when the sidemen themselves have unlimited access to the packs and have already pulled most if not all the good cards.

Ya these videos are a miss by the sidemen, vast majority of your fans aren't even able to order the cards and then those that can could never afford to buy enough to collect the "rare" cards. 1 video of all of you unboxing them together would have been fun but this entire set of videos by all of you has been way too much. Love the sidemen, just constructive feedback.

They open these on camera to make it look like it's easy to get nice cards but it's set up. Realistically, you won't get anything good.
