RECIPE:
1/2 cabbage.
Chop the cabbage finely.
Olive oil.
Butter 1 tablespoon.
Sauté the cabbage over medium heat.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Mix well.
Onions.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Fry until done!
The cabbage is ready!
3 eggs.
Milk 2 glasses.
Flour 2 cups.
Salt.
Sugar 1 teaspoon.
Mix well.
sunflower oil.
Cheese.
Add to cabbage.
Olive oil.
Fry the pancakes.
1 egg.
Salt.
Breadcrumbs.
Add the filling and wrap the pancake.
Dip the pancake first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Olive oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
