Easy dinner recipe in 10 minutes. I make these zucchini every day! These are the tastiest zucchini I've ever eaten! This is a wonderful zucchini recipe that I absolutely love! You can make tea zucchini for lunch, dinner or as a snack and your family will love it! Even the little ones love to eat vegetables, especially these zucchini. It only takes a few simple ingredients to prepare this delicious zucchini recipe. Very easy to prepare and very tasty! Try this delicious zucchini recipe, I'm sure you'll love it!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini.
Salt.
mixing
Let the zucchini steep for 10 minutes.
Ricotta 200 gr. / 1 cup.
Breadcrumbs 80 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Herbs of Provence.
Parmesan 60 gr. / 1/4 cup.
1 egg
Mix well.
make bullets.

Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
Rice 250 gr. / 1 cup.
Rinse well.
1 onion.
olive oil 4 tablespoons.
Fry until translucent.
1 carrot.
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Water 500 ml. / 2 cups.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper.
You can add your favorite spices.
Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes without opening the lid!
Zucchini balls are ready!
Oh so fragrant!
Rice is a work in progress! Don't open the lid!
Let's make garlic sauce!
Greek yogurt 50 gr. / 1/4 cup.
Mayonnaise 50 gr. / 1/4 cup.
Garlic.
Dill.
This sauce is perfect for zucchini.
Rice is ready!

Love this recipe! I've made it twice and my family asks for more! I baked once as little balls on parchment paper and once in mini muffin pan (lightly oil muffin cups) both ways turned out perfect. I too love this recipe. Using cook's muslin is a very quick and effective way to remove the water from the zucchini.😊

That’s good to hear. My zucchini extracted a fair amount of water, but the mixture was still very sloppy, even for muffin tins. Maybe I’ll steep it longer next time.
