the thing about ones like Wizzrod and Phoenix Wing is that they're good in any combo because of their weight distribution and mass you can set them up on a ball and they'll stamina tank all day, but you can set them up on a low flat and they'll become a smash attacker with a longer life because of the blade's raw stamina Heavy stamina blades are just the best in general

@@linkkicksu true. Rod isn’t the heaviest blade out there but its shape + weight is wild. Phoenix is super heavy and pretty balanced, which is a great combo.

The wizard rid combo reminds me of Tempest and Gatling dragon. Super heavy but terrible attack contact points

That Dran Buster combo is so goofy and cursed i could not help but laugh 💀😭

Ironically enough it's always the weird, goofy combos that provide some of the craziest smashes.

The ONLY dumbest combo in my opinion is Wizard Rod, any ratchet, and HEXA. I am so tired of stamina sweepers

I must admit i preferred the way names were done in the metal saga? The way names were a combination of two parts instead of just decided by one part. You could make for example Beat lynx Storm lynx Stone lynx Whatver And that made them feel like new beys Whereas here you can replace all of (for example) Dran Buster's parts, but it is still Dran Buster...? Idk i prefer the larger ammount of customisation in metal saga. I still like X, but that is where it feels lacking for me. Maybe they will make it more complex later idk

The MFB beys you mentioned were after the hybrid wheel system was introduced. These X releases are like the pre hybrid wheel beys. Pegasus, L drago etc. I’m not sure if X will have a similar evolution BUT it’s possible.

@@FridgemastersNo it would be horrible because not only would it be way too confusing especially for newbies but it would be pointless. Burst was the only one who needed it and did it correctly because you had different teeth’s, weight and ins db you had many gimmicks in the db core. In x if this happens the performance will not be affected and will just cause confusion

But disc ball keeps it spinning even after it topples. It's a good bit for stamina. No such thing as a dumb combo.

Ehhhh some combos are definitely pretty “dumb” but it’s more subjective than anything.

disc ball on buster was more like quake with that much hopping

My dude if you put that same rod combo on Rush or taper it is absurdly good because then it has remarkable stamina for being on attack tips, if you hit somebody with 35 g they will move

It’s the clear stadium from the BX-07 entry set. I swapped the black line with a red one from the limited Takara Tomy Mall edition! So it’s a custom combo of red and clear.
