VS = Valt/Valkyrie and Shu/Spriggan BU = Burst Ultimate and their db cores are 20 and 15 aka 2015 their og release year

One suggestion for metal parts in the future... go with cast bronze if you want it to be similar in weight to die-cast. I'm actually having a custom fusion wheel for metal fight made in cast bronze and it's only a little heavier than Diablo, but that's because it also has a larger diameter and very chunky teeth on it. It's a super-high recoil asymmetric attack wheel. Also, that chip off of Ultimate Spriggan was likely due to failure in the particle adhesion. SLS 3D printers are great for detail but not for structural integrity, for a practical part for this you're better off with FDM. Unfortunately, though, Shapeways only does SLS for their plastics.
