Knives are 100% personal, whatever suits you is what you'll use. Big chopping boards aren't a necessity

Sage, fennel, white wine, capers, rosemary… definitely could have added any of those! Didn’t have any but the mince was pre seasoned the day before it did miss a herb tho 🙂🔪

No, I’ve been shooting on the A7C for around a year now. I think the vid just shows how important lighting is. Filmed in good natural lighting (for my setup anyway)
