I thought the other model of Poppy was a Blythe doll sold in Japan. This doll is made of plastic and does not speak, but when you pull the ring on the back, the eyes change color to four different colors. The face also somewhat resembles Poppy. Currently, it is sold by Good Smile Company in Japan.

I think that the boogie bot looks like that robot cat/dog... I don't remember the name but I remember it was very popular. Also, it looks like wall-e's desing
