In the description for it, it says occasionally recover, so it's not guaranteed.

Apparently, it really wasn’t. It was just a no-damage run until the third phase, and then you tried to proc FP so you could do one move. It’s just a fight where you can have five things hitting you, so it is slightly more meaningful.

The ceiling falling after Flurrie knocked Hawk back down is so bizarre. It's probably the lack of animation. It just... moves.

Those were some cool strats. It's a shame RNG often has to come into play so much when using badges like Pity Flower, but that Cortez strat did have surprisingly good odds.

Pity Flower is Viable - to be sold for coins.

I would laugh so hard if Pity Flower got a genuine buff in TTYD remake

I love how the video just ends with Gloomtail dropping dead. No text, no dialogue from the characters, and no cut at the end of the showcasing battle. Just a dragon dropping dead and a hard cut to black.

the badge would have had a lot more room to actually work in builds if it were something like 'an unguarded attack recovers some SP', and it would make sense from a design perspective, but they made it a single FP, and a CHANCE???

Truly, the most viable badge, who needs an extra 5 max FP from FP Plus when you can get *free* FP mid-battle? Without even having to spend a turn using an item? Seriously, even if the badge was 1 FP it'd still only be okay-ish filler, why'd they hide this in the Pit of all places?

This is the worst badge in the game by far
