I don't know the exact calculation, but I think the unburden means that Gyro Ball into +2 spd Sneasler actually did more damage than a -1 def debuff would have. Either way, his speed boost actually made him take more damage, which is great.

I so wish that I could see shaymin do a thing, the sky form is really fast and it gets access to serene grace, so if king's rock isn't banned it can do lots of shenanigans with air slash, substitute, leech seed and protect. I played with the land form in random battles and the sky form does it way better, I think it would be really fun. Although, it is in Ubers so I doubt you will ever use it, but still super duper fun to use. The land form is still way underused (ZU), but it just does it a lot worse; Its still base 100 speed, so if you can get past not having harvest and instead using synthesis in place of protect its like a fast tropius, they're my absolute favorite so if you could use either two they're super duper fun!

My set was: Max health max spd, +spd -spa nature Coil Rest Sleep talk Scale shot With marvel scale, so your physical bulk boosted when you are asleep, especially with that scale shot you will be losing defence constantly and coil may not cover it as fast.

Why not give Milotic the move, Coil, instead, so it can synergize with Triple Axel and Hypnosis? Plus it makes it even bulkier. If you intend to make Milotic into a bulky setup Physical sweeper, you could invest in HP and Attack EVs with that moveset
