You are very right about trying not to negotiate on an already fair price. The buyers who come to my booth, I don't tell them about my good stuff because I already know they won't pay. The ones who pay me what I ask for, are the ones I allow to dig through my stuff first, before I even open my booth. You are 100 percent correct, pay people right when its right and build a relationship by always visiting their booth and supporting them in some way, even if they don't have anything you want, try to find something for a buck. It will pay off in the end.

Million percent agree. I have hundreds of deals done on this page, never negotiated once. If it's a right fit, it's a buy, if it's not a right fit, it's for somebody else. The circle of life has to go full circle!

Btw, i truly appreciate that you arent cheap AF and haggle the hell out of the vendors like some of the other resellers I've seen on KZread. I absolutely get that we need to try to get items at the lowest cost possible, but these people are running a business as well and they need to make money. Unpopular opinion, but its not theirs or yardsale sellers responsibility to give us stuff for practically free. I say this as someone who sells and also buys.

I'm not sure what other people do & the way I operate is not meant to make anybody else look bad, it's just how I operate and run my business. I don't watch other reseller content so I'm not sure what they have going on, but to each their own. To some people negotiating is part of the game. I just want to treat people respectfully always, and treat people how I wish to be treated. There is enough money out there for everybody, all of us. There has to be a circle of life otherwise all of us our out of business.

My comment is based on me and what I've seen from many these other massive youtube resllers(over 100k followers-of whom ive unsubbed from). I was trying to point out that I appreciate that you are fair in the price you pay, which is refreshing to see in this day in age of KZread. As I mentioned, I sell as a vendor and I also buy to sell, so I get it. Negotiation is part of the game, but my point is be fair in your negotiation tactics and be an ethical business owner . That's the point I was trying to make. So I hope you didnt think I was saying you were doing anything better or wrong. I was simply stating that I appreciate your style of buying. But I also understand that you have larger margins to pull from when you buy. And yes there is plenty out there for all. Just don't expect to get it for near to free or near to free. It's the entitlement aspect too.

Second time watching and I simply love how every gesture, interaction or deal is genuine. You can tell he isn't doing it for the camera or the YT video, no wonder he has been the number #1 for over 15 years. Another week and another masterclass video, what can we say: Gracias amigo 🙏

I have one of the best if not the best hat deep dives inside the group. Somebody watched it the other day and found a $550 hat that sold in one day. You can find the best hats by doing the same exercise as the what to look for in shirts video.

Thanks for another great video. I found a polo by ralph lauren hat, it says USA on the front and polo on the back, but the inner polo tag is green which is usually blue. There is another smaller white tag inside that says 100% wool made in usa and the rn # is linked to oxford industries. Have you ever seen one of these? I dont know if its real? Thanks!

Green tag is kids, kids RL still is outsourced, that's why the RN is a different company. The green label RL stuff runs really large so it may fit adult.

Hey man. Great content. I started reselling in January. I have approximately 200 listings. Ive started to average around 0 to 2 sales per day. However it’s been 0 for the last few days. I try to list consistently 1 to 10 items per day. Should I list the same number of items each day or does it matter if the number fluctuates? Also after how long in terms time and number of listings will I see 10 sales per day. I would really appreciate the advice. Thanks. 👊🏼

Listen to my live Q&A's I answer this question probably every week on them. There is no answer I can give you. If you list 10 iPhones today you'll have 10 sales and tomorrow you will be back to 0 sales. It's all about your product mix, sales, keywords, title structure, everything goes into it

Average cost of goods. I take out X dollars, I count up the items. X dollars divided by X items = $4 cost of goods this trip. Average that in with my rolling average cost of goods.

Hey Tech. I went to the flea market yesterday and found some good items. But when i got home i realized the 2 highest dollar items i purchased were counterfeit. Should I try to get my money back, inform the owner or just chalk it up as a learning experience? I would hate for someone else to have this happen. It's a designated area where people go typically on the weekends and sell items they no longer want. Some people are ordinary people cleaning out their home. Some people are people who buy unclaimed storage units. Some people are professional vendors.
