I made Lobster Bisque with a James Beard nominated Chef!
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This classic Lobster Bisque, in the traditional French style and inspired by Julia Child. Made the way it should be, with rice, not with flour-y roux or cheap cornstarch. This James Beard, Best Chef of the South East, nominated Chef will teach you the REAL way to made the best lobster bisque you'll ever have. Thanks for watching, drop a comment. Cheers, love y'all!

What a great video. Can't wait to make this recipe. And you guys did a great job putting this video together; a definite match made in heaven. How about a video on making another one of Julia's famous recipes... Chateaubriand. With the holidays just around the corner this is one dish that I would love to do. Watching you both work together on this would be a big plus! Thanks for an awesome video.

Excellent video!!!! Pace, content, dynamics of the two, step by step recipe, background music, no nonsense. One thing I would try is to have the head of the lobster contributing to the flavor and color of the finished bisque. Still, A+ video.

As a conossiour of lobster bisque its hard to find a really good one , the darker non orange color / rues seem to be the ones i love best , but even in high end steakhouses and french rest' s- in Nyc / LA / westchester it is hit or miss ! Wish u would cook me a great one ! 😂😂😅😅🚬👍🥃

Wow! Hey lady, you need to put out a cook book! The two of you are so talented and cute together. I don’t know if you will remember but, I am the one that wrote to you about my little sister that has crohns disease. I have to turn off your videos when she comes over because you make her to hungry.🤗🙏
