Hi Brandon, one of my problems is that I work at a vet clinic and the office cat (Bobbi) is like a creepy little gremlin. She's ALWAYS sneaking up on me, peering behind corners, trying to trip me, and even jumped out of a cabinet that was closed on top of me. I get jump scared real easily and she seems to know when to catch me completely off guard. HOW DO I MAKE HER STOP??

My oddly specific problem is when I cook or bake I instinctually put the lid back on the wrong container. Even if they're different sizes (like trying to top the baking powder with the milk cap and dropping it in).

check if your pjs are made of polyester or other synthetic materials. im pretty sure if you wear cotton, the problem should lessen.
