Does the neighbor app have an option for parking? For example, I have a tall covered parking area that can hold an rv sized vehicle.

Hey what do you think of lime scooter charging if you have a box truck in Seattle? Did they pay instantly, weekly, biweekly? . And how much electricity were you spending on average for 1 scooter ? Im tired of my box truck sitting at home haha need some hustle for it I’ve been looking into couch flipping but damn I’m shit at pricing lol.

I would sign up for TaskRabbit and do moving gigs with your truck. Or download the neighbor app and advertise moving gigs there. That’s gonna be the best income for that asset

Did you need to get permission from the city to rent out your garage as storage space? I contacted the city code enforcement and was told that it needed to be available for parking. I couldn't get a real answer from them.

Video idea to look into: Uber Eats is screwing over the Walkers and Bikers with a new priority to cars first. This really doesn't make sense for dense cities with bad or no parking. I've been doing Uber Eats on a Bike for more than a year in a dense city and I have an excellent reputation. Now I'm getting like $16 while clocked in for 6 hours. I'm hoping they fix this soon.

The neighbor down the street wishes he parked his BMW in his garage. A tree fell Right on his trunk. I park my cars in my garage. With all those thieves stealing gas and catalytic converters.
