Cool vid, definitely invest in an e bike at emmo or amigo. I have an urban s moped type bike, and have q pink foodora backpack. If your sketched about carrying drinks you should go to the store Michael's and they have good cup holders and you should 100% buy a couple of power banks on Amazon so your phone never dies. Also, stop leaving your bike unlocked, toronto is almost as bad as New York nowadays. If you get an ebike ull easily get at least 80 bucks in 3 hrs, look at how much $ your offered and check the distance, if the $ is bad for the distance don't take it, if you multi app with doordash and uber ull make 100 in 3 hrs

I was actually looking at the Emmo bikes i always see ppl on those. Just got a insulated cup carrier off Amazon and it works well so far i’ll definitely check Michael’s if i need a new one! I’m still on the waiting list for DoorDash & Skip The Dish, multi apping is the plan. Once i get accepted i’ll definitely be outside more.

After 11 months what are your tips? And do you know if you have work a require amount or can you take orders whenever you want? I’m thinking about it as a way to stay and get active again and I’ll be doing ?near downsview park area. Have you delivered drinks and can you see if orders are placed with drinks before accepting them? ive heard drinks a major headache for bike couriers.

Not sure what you mean by what are my tips after 11 months but you can work whenever you want there’s no requirements.With orders, you can’t see what you’ll be picking up until after you accept it but you can cancel if you don’t want to pick it up. The drinks are usually packed well or they’re usually bottle or can drinks.

Just an update now you will earn only 20 to 30 bucks in 8 to 10 hr from Uber in toronto. 😢 As i started this summer...

I also do uber eats bro but with my car. That is typical pay on a good day. Add tax, gas, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. Its nothing end of the month. I think people truly believe delivering food outside of restaurants is nothing. While waitress in restaurants can surely count on that 10 or 15% tip. We can only hope to cover half a coffee at times with 3 deliveries. Downtown is a smart move for cyclists and people with cars rural rich areas. Never accept that $2 tip add on for a second pickup. Its a scam.

@@harkamalsinghhunjan1610 Accepting an order on ubereats nowadays is a life decision. To make things worse now they are screwing you over more with their "estimated" pay bs. Like platinum and diamond drivers dont know the flow of pay by experience. Click baiting drivers is their answer. Uber can do lot more but these cheap bastards wont. They envited me to go to a meeting to give my two cents for 2 hours for $100 bucks. Really, like you dont know what the drivers need?.. .35 cent gas boost? Damn thats like giving us the middle finger with a smile.

purchased myself second hand, not sure how ppl get the courier bags tbh

It's hard doing UberEATS on a bicycle unless you're a very athletic cyclist and in seasoned health. I was doing it by ebike and it was okay, but now after it getting stolen, and not having insurance to recover loss😩, I'm back to the bicycle again and it's a hard and painful transition.

i’m pretty athletic but i just started cycling a lot this summer but i’m on the E-Bike now. Suggest grabbing the Apple Air Tag that’s what ima do and put it somewhere on my E-Bike.

I don't accept any orders over 4.5 miles in duration on UberEATS, not worth it on a bicycle. On a ebike I accepted most distances, which could sometimes be close to 8 miles for one order, yet alot of the distance was getting to restaurant, not the delivery itself.

@@babeksingh7519 if it's a valuable bike I would insure, so you can just get another one right away from your insurance company after starting a claim of theft. If you don't, you'll have to deal with restitution courts, and a lot of the times, the plaintiff, if caught, won't be able to pay.

@@idontcare.4034 No usually takes 5-10min to get to restaurants on my bike but i'm in an area where there's plenty of restaurants. Uber knows what vehicle your using so they don't send you far.
