This is the most adorable idea! As soon as you said " it's good enough" I knew you had been watching Adam on North of The Border 😅

haha that North of The Border nod was hilarious. And watching on, the memes are strong in this video 😂 You covered up all your sprinkles....but the eye brow's kinda brought him to life. The marshmallows look like marshmallows! And i LOVE the cute cake. Very cool video man, loved it :)

Haha thanks man. Yeah, the sprinkles were all for naught sadly. Definitely a bizarre video idea but it was a quick, fun one to make where I was able to throw buckets of memes at and now wait to see what the algorithm does to me 😆😆😆. I'm sure it'll be right confused lol

@@RealTerrainHobbies at least we all know the sprinkles are there 😉
The most confused hunger pangs right now thanks! Came out fantastic by the way!
Just wanted to leave a mark in the comment section. Recreating the worlds that the kids, both currently and in our minds, are allways dreaming off is commendable. The effort that comes with it must be exhausting at times, as you have mentioned in past videos. But know that it is very much appreciated. Speaking of ways and manners to imitate, all the substances and combinations for a final result. The art is the process, the result is the true reward. Keep up the good work!
They look great. Nice demonstration of texturing and layering techniques. I think a wash would make them look even better.
Great to see your still making videos! Your family is in our prayers brother.
I love him. His name is Sprinkles the Cake of Death.

Haha thank you, Sir! Had some good fun with it and really enjoyed the edit :) Thanks for stopping by!
You picked the best to watch for inspiration! North of the Border is amazing! And this was so fun to watch! I found this channel when you did the collab with Jazza. You have amazing taste and so much talent! I hope you do more with Polymer clay soon!
You clearly had fun, and that always makes an entertaining video. Keep up the good work - and keep having fun!
they are both so freaking cute! Love them!
So inspiring and I love the little guy. I might do one with some teeth along that vertical cake slice mouth!
These are so super creepy and adorable! I’ve not really used polymer clay but now you have me inspired to make something, thanks for going way out of left field in this video 😊
maybe they're a secret encounter for the obligatory pest control quest in a bakery?
I'm so thoroughly enjoying the sound effects, editor nap break and voice modulator. Great work!
it is my birthday, convenient time to find this channel lmao. good stuff
Love the sparkly pink daggers of death, haha. I'm glad this is going in the book nook, I was hoping you'd finish it after being sorry. I can tell you why you didn't use real sprinkles...sugar ;) You make me laugh, I'll have a piece of cake. Keep having fun!
And now I know how to freak my D&D players out: food themed mimics! This was a great watch, it really shone through how much fun you were having. Any upcoming crossover plans with your fellow canuck crafter/s? I'm sure Adam or possibly Eric (Eric's hobby workshop) would have a blast with you. Great stuff as always.

My kids are just getting into D&D, so this video is very well timed.
My kids and I LOVE sculpting with polymer clay! Miniature food is my personal favourite. P.S. It’s just called a ball tool. Nothing fancy. 😊
I love these! They are so cute!!
Delicious! Nice job with all the textures.
Love the north of the border references! Amazing work, and keep it up!
What a great and cute side step from your usual projects. It's obvious that you had a lot of fun in creating this funny monster and editing the video. Very refreshing. Looking forward to what mischief it will do in the book nook.

Nicely done on these Dessert Monsters. :D
this was the perfect video to end my day off with as my birthday (in my time zone at least) is in 2 1/2 hours and this was amazing, it looks fantastic
haha so awesome to see you branching out constantly and pushing yourself with new mediums and learning techniques. keep up the hard work!!!
I love the mimic sweets. I’m gonna have to make some for my sons.
They are very adorable Neil!
Looks like you had lots of fun with this one! If that’s the case I’d definitely say do more of this. These guys turned out pretty great; the mini cake monster had a Jim Henson Muppet vibe going. I could even see doing some fantastical terrain or mini bases for your sculpts. Maybe taking your terrain-building in a more surreal direction occasionally.
Ridiculous and terrifying! I love it!
This was so fun! I'd love to see you do more of these weird sculptures and make creepy surrealistic dioramas for them. That would be awesome!
Looks like you had lots of fun with it. What a cute/creepy cake!
Loved the nod to North of the Border. Adam is so funny
Tom Mason's channel "The Mini Sculpting Super Show" has the best miniature sculpting tutorials on KZread. He's a professional sculptor and has done work for Reaper, Wizkids, and a bazillion smaller companies. Tom has a full series on using FIMO professional and polymer clay. Some things I'd suggest right off the bat are petroleum jelly (a.k.a. Vaseline) is your best friend and armatures do so, so much work. Oil based clay like FIMO can be used with petro jelly to smooth out fingerprints and prevent clay from sticking to your tools. Just be sure to wipe down the miniature after you've baked it if you plan on painting it or adding more to the sculpt. You don't need actual armature wire. Taking the wire out of twist ties you get from the grocery store, aluminum foil, paper clips, and so on can be used. You aren't heating the clay high enough to worry about warping or melting metal used as the armature. You can save on clay by bulking out areas with aluminum foil. Making two "pancakes" of foil, wrapping them in the clay, then building the rest of the detail would have allowed you to use that vanilla colored clay, instead of wasting your green clay. Also, this video reminded me of that scene in Heroes where Syler raids an office birthday party to go digging through some poor woman's brain.
This is so cool, I would love to see more like this!
The clay looks like it will taste so good
These looks great! Hope you make more of these kind of monsters in the future.
This gives me Trap Door vibes, used to love that programme 💙
These turned out so adorable! (Balls)
Gonna try that wet wipe technique next time. Real nice sculpture!

That's the cutest, murderous cake monster I've ever seen 🤩 It's also great seeing you have fun! If you feel like making more silly, small projects I would definitely enjoy that! Your huge builds are awesome, but this is equally great. Just in a different way 🥳
I ADORE these guys. Very tempted to try making a real cake like them. I call my grandaughter Monster so that would make the PERFECT b- day cake. Of course it will never happen cuz I REALLY SUCK at baking. It's a nice thought though hahaha. So cute!!!

Hullo Neil, I found this a very fun and entertaining video very different than your usual fare! I am still more interested in terrain videos but ya gotta take a break now n then! Hey Neil, just watching one of your videos from April. Hope Jacqui's back is feeling better these days, has she ever tried a shakti mat? One of my friends swears by them. Much love to you both, I really enjoy your videos 😊

Is this inspired by north of the border. I love his content and I think it’s hilarious you are doing this aswell lol, if it is in fact inspired by him. But love your content bro Edit: if it’s not check him out his content can be pretty funny Edit x2: just got to the point in the video where he says that he’s been watching north of the border lol
Wow!
Now to make this in an actually edible form!
that attempt at a meme at 2:50 was so bad it is kind of endearing
your builds are magnificient. if i could only buy 1 styrofoam cutter which would it be? i see you use a few different sets throughout your build
