The cheating in this game has gotten progressively worse. The last 3 seasons have been so bad that I'm literally seeing at least 3-4 every day. Every single time I open Overwatch for the first time of the day I'm getting back the notification that my report caught a cheater. They legit need to implement a real anti cheat

Even using zim or mouse and keyboard on controller it's unfair and people are at disdvantage if they are playing legit

The bendy arrow thing on hanzo happens without cheats as well, me and my friend were in practise range and when we shot arrows above the head of the bots they bent down in the arc of a triangle to hit the head

No it doesn’t. That is literally backtrack. This is how most if not all projectiles look like while using backtrack. For those who don’t know, backtrack is ping manipulation/spoofing. This allows you to hit shots even if an enemy runs behind cover. In simplest terms; it tells the server you fired your shot a few milliseconds later than what the game registered it at.

@LilFork yes it does, I literally saw it, it happened to both me and my friend, both on different consoles without hacks. Whilst it happens in hacks I'm saying that the bendy thing happens without hacks, please read my original comment properly

@@whrench2676 I did read it, and I still stick by my statement. I have NEVER seen a projectile do that without using backtrack (cheating), however I had no clue you were on console, that has a lot stronger aim assist and maybe has extended hitboxes as well. For PC, I have NEVER seen this happen…

honestly on the first clips it seems pretty legit, he's landing all arrows on target and the aim seems fine, only really becomes obvious after he got carried away with it and went clearly blatant.

anticheats typically do a radnomized delay ban of a few days after an account is flagged, so i wouldn't get too hyped, this is more for above and beyond blatant cheaters that are essentially full ragehacking.

@@WarnYT i do agree about open queue having less cheaters, cheaters seem to think open queue rank "doesnt matter" i got gold easily games felt... how they should with skill based matchmaking. role queue gives troll games its bad, real bad. Maybe the loss streak patch of eomm fixed it last patch
