Okay, so this particular appliance wasn't in this video, but I need to ask what brand of portable blender you use. The one that I have (a Hamilton Beach) is great and all, but there is one fatal design flaw with it in that the bladed part can't be detached from the blender itself (that I know of anyway), so cleaning out all the nooks crannies means you run the risk of injuring your fingers in the process. The one that you use actually has it so the bladed part _screws into_ the blender part, so you can take the two pieces apart for super easy cleaning. I thought I'd be able to find it with some searching, but it seems like all the brands I find have the same design as my Hamilton Beach one, and it's driving me up a wall lol It doesn't seem to be in your list of appliances you use, which is the main reason I ask here. EDIT: It's in the Butter Chicken video at the 5:35 mark
