I watch your videos out of a respect for having taught me how to script lol

I love these tutorials, I would do anything for them

You should make it to where when they break trees it adds wood to there inventory, and add more stuff like stone, which can make their tower or structure more stable and hard to make fall, add iron, etc to like keep towers sturdy!

Suggestion: Add a black hole disaster that stays for 15 seconds and sucks up blocks. This disaster will be very hard and you will get a badge if you complete it Suggestion 2: I think a boss fight would be pretty fun. A boss would spawn every 5 disasters. When the boss fight starts, you will unlock a mirror block that deflects attacks from the boss damaging it. There should also be a variety of different bosses that all have different attacks.

I used to be discouraged about learning computer science in the second semester (we are now learning JavaScript and learning to making games), but now I can see what a 10 hour game looks like, and I am now excited to learn the things that you can do, and become a developer!

For the 100 hour game, I suggest adding a day and night cycle and when its night zombies, rake, monsters come out or just make it a gamemode which is called "Creature Mode"

Is it just me, because I feel more amazed by the animation whenever you break a tree than the actual game.

There could be disasters like earthquakes that break blocks into multiple pieces , tornados that pick up blocks and structures to spin around , black holes that suck in everything in a X amount of radius , acid rain that slowly decays blocks , fierballs that come down from the guy and deal splash damage to players and more! Really can’t wait for the 100 hour version dude!❤

Maybe add more disasters and I think when you try to survive an invisible wall is there so you dont get flung off the map. Anyways amazing vid! Great job.

My suggestion if you do the 100 hours: I think you should add like a beach where the tsunami comes from so that it makes a bit more sense and a bit of decoration on the beach

Hi Alvin, Nice video, and I will get straight to the point! For the 100hr version, my idea is to add a leveling system, and when you reach a certain level, you can unlock an item that you buy with coins, the item could be an ability, like durability or stronger punches! Or items like coils, potions, and more! and, you get a certain amount of XP for the time you survived, and if you survived or not! Also, you should add a Leaderboard gui of most times survived! Thank you !

AMAZING IDEA: Add it so when you go under lava, your screen fills up with lava and you die. And with the tsunami, make it fill with water. I recommend adding sound effects with it too. I would enjoy it!

I reckon you could have an occasional team round where you have to build a particular structure and nothing else. So like the structure could be a basic castle which is transparent on the map so people will know where to place their blocks but it has to be the right material as well. Could work well in a zombie round as they can break down the castle and depending on how much of the castle you've built depends on how long it takes for the zombies to break it down. So the more people that help build gives you a higher chance of winning the round.

I think you should make global leaderboards and chat-tags as a little thing to spice up the game, I did this in some of my games and it is great to keep players in! They like to work for something and that may be an extra detail worth adding with a bit of extra time on your hands. Nice games btw!

Game idea: "Survival Swim: Navigate the Oceans" You play as a fish trying to survive various oceanic dangers like shark attacks, bird attacks, and changing tides while collecting food and power-ups. The ultimate goal is to reach the safety of a coral reef while avoiding dangers and growing as large as possible. I think a good idea, would to be potentially adding bombs that are exploding all around the map. And your goal is to keep building up to avoid the bombs.

You should totally add a donate to the creator button, because some people might like this game so much. Also make some ingame ugc-s that you can buy from coins that you earn every round. This might not be easy, but i saw a person who said "round win score multiplier", so earning coins would be a lot easier. And if you cant buy anything with those coins, it would be a shame! Also on twitter, there are a lot of people who could give you ugc-s

For the 100-hour game, I think you should add levels, the more the person survives disasters, the harder it gets for them; for example: if a person survives 5 disasters without dying once, their level goes up to "2" and they have the option to teleport to the level 2 lobby where the game is a bit harder with other new disasters that aren't in the level 1/ default lobby. So once a person reaches level 2, it should be harder to reach level 3, a person must survive 12 disasters without dying to move themselves to level 3 and unlock the level 3 lobby, and so on. Now for the currency, the currency's name should be "bingots" which you can use to buy stronger blocks that stay still for a longer time or block upgrades which allow an upgraded block type to have more damage resistance. And you should add different perks for moving on to an upper level, but if a person does not want to move to an upper level to get perks, they can grind for bingots that they can get by surviving a disaster and spend those bingots on crates. From crates, a person can get perks, block upgrades, blocks, and even pickaxes of different types that can be used to break blocks (blocks placed by players) faster. And lastly, the amount of bingots you get from surviving a round should depend on the time. So, if you survive the full round, you get 150 bingots. Or if you survive half a round or even lower the amount f bingots gained should decrease.

Hey, great video & game idea Alvin! I’d suggest adding a shop system where you can unlock more durable blocks with coins you gain for surviving / lasting an amount of time, and also being able to increase your max blocks amount from 50 in the shop too. Watched you for years now, Ty for being an inspiration and huge help in learning to script!

This game is fire! Maybe for the 100 hour one, add a tier pass that can be unlocked, and that can get you good rewards like stronger materials, multipliers, advantages, and XP to boost tiers. This will encourage people to keep playing your awesome game!

Event idea: blood moon-too much zombies are destroying the blocks and PlAyErS

Also add an automatic statue for the person with the most wins in the server (people can compete to get the statue, this isnt a global thing, this is a server thing)

i think you should add rats eating only lunchable blocks! the lunchable blocks were also a idea if you haven't made it

Suggestion: Add nomad mode where when the disaster starts items will be hiden around the map and the last one standing is the winner

Add some special modes. Like baller mode where everyone have a ball and have to knock everyone so they win while disasters are happening. Maybe add more disasters like a meteor so instead of towers people have to build actually buildings. Give them more time to build. Leaving aside: next challenge. Choose 10 people to make a game without communication. Everyone have 1-3 hours. After ur time finishes send the game file to the other dev and don't tell him anything inside it no communication at all let's see how this will go

I have an idea Alvin! Add new blocks like Metal Glass rocks titanium plastic amethyst diamond and these blocks are harder to break so every round you win you get stronger so you can break these blocks! And maybe add like a cave so I’d like a pickaxe to break these blocks and maybe add a shop so you can upgrade your tools to be stronger to Break the stronger blocks!

I think there should be a rank for disasters. Like: Easy disaster, which could be a thunderstorm, and then for Extreme disaster, it could be a tornado or something like that.

Idea for the 100 hour game. Coins. You can use loads of coins or robux to built pre made structures from maybe a “shop” so people can maybe have a usage, you could add more items like weapons to kill other opponents to help you win the round.

i love the game and when you do the 100 hour one could you make like a multiplayer mode so if you want to play with your friends and not go against each other you can and when you do it adds up all the coins and divides it by how many people are in your group

also on block survival there is a glitch where sometimes when you die and you jump the ragdoll flies into the air it doesnt do much but you can fix it if u want

1. I think you should add more blocks, so there can be more blocks that are more powerful!! But you have to pay more for them. 2. I think you should add more disasters like, lighting, zombies, and fire spread 3. I think you should add more to the map like, rocks, easter eggs, and random NPCs

maybe you could make it so it shows who won and who lost, and if you win you get 500 coins which you can buy trails for a coin booster, you can also get coins from punching stuff, if you lose you lose 100 coins

For getting your game monotized you could make it so people can buy coins and the coins could be used to get better backpacks to store more block and better tools to get the block faster. For robux you could make an infinite backpack that well has infinite capacity. And another idea you could make different maps so the players don't get bored by seeing the same map over and over and over again. (Sorry for spellingand gramatical mistakes english isn't my first language)

IDEA FOR 100 HOURS: Make like a wins tab showing how much wins every person has and every 5 or so wins they unlock a new block. 2ND IDEA FOR 100 HOURS: Make like a coin system where you could buy stuff like 2x speed parachutes etc. 3RD IDEA FOR 100 HOURS: Make leaderboards for most coins and wins to see how much wins and coins the pros have.

Add its so there a level where you can go against bots and also different map designs that people can choose to only appear for themselves.
