@@matheustran8009 nah definitely the 1 million subs, that was when he was working through the night so no one else would find out what he was doing, and also when he got the two drones, I think he asked if they both fell at the same time because he was trying to control both simultaneously, in the final thing they took off and just flew forward at the same time

The main problem is that the motors are too high up above the center of gravity, creating a force that constantly pushes the front of your hovercraft onto the ground Solution ideas: angle your motors upwards put them further down i know nobody cares, but thats why it always turns when trying to move forward

8:28 So this is super late but we actually built ghetto hovercrafts in my intro to engineering course. The the way you made the skirt was setting yourself up for failure- by taping the sides without pinning down the middle, the skirt will naturally want to balloon up to a sphere with the air jets being at the very bottom. This creates the minimum amount of area possible between the air and the surface, generating very little lift. We found that securing the center while letting the sides still inflate will have it try and form something like a torus, which when set correctly creates one long continuous seal for the air to escape under evenly.

Maybe I'm overthinking this and probably you'll never experiment with overcrafts ever again, but you should move the props closer to the ground and to the sides in order to have more side to side torque and less top to bottom torque. Right now your props are driving the pumpkin into the ground. If you line up the two motors with the center of mass you should minimize the pitch motion.

The height of the motors is inducing a lever effect that adds pressure/friction to the front part of the pumpkin when you try to go straight. Motors should be placed as close to the ground as possible, probably one on each side of the pumpkin.

After the last pumpkin debacle, we already learned that less pumpkin fixes everything...

From what I could analyze from Michales appearance, he was working on his attack drone video. Also, if I remember correct, he never slept during the week he was working on the drones. The third time Michael appears I feel it’s in between the attempts he makes for getting the drones to attack him.

Maybe having the propellers so high up with push the front end into the ground. So maybe if you put the propellers on the sides and a lower spot it will work better

I made a riding hovercraft with a circular base. You just need a good skirt and a powerful blower. I never had a big problem with it rocking. You also want wheels for when the air is off. The circular design is the least stable, but easiest to make
