YES I thought about writing about my encounters with wild animals!! They seem to be attracted to me even when I was little!! And I'm now in my sixties and it still happens!! I even attract insects and have had unusual encounters with them as well!! I must have the "It " effect 😂!! You either have it or you dont!! That's what friend tells me!! ❤

I'm grown up but I collect children's books about squirrels for fun. I really enjoy the Secret Life of Squirrels Series. If Squirrels at the Window made books about the little creatures I would also buy them. :)

Even the background noise is soothing when I watch your videos! My grandfather used to sit on a bench in his backyard and the squirrels would come sit beside him and eat the nuts he brought with him. Love your channel!

The classroom I subbed in today has a feeder stuck on one of their windows. Today they had a visitor-a male gray squirrel. They were enchanted (and so were the staff). ❤❤

I have one that scares the heck out of me. If I don't notice her when I'm working outside, I feel her on my leg! Then she knows to run to the fridge in the garage because that's where the nuts are. She eats them right from my hand. 10 years old now.

I haven't seen Fang since last December!! I think he was about seven years old? About how long can they live? I miss him!! And think about him alot!! I would let him in my house because he listened to me!! When I would say ok it's time for you to go outside!! He would look at me and then hop towards the back door!! He was so cute!! I quess I must love him !! But if God took him I know in my heart that he loved and trusted me too!! God bless!! ❤

Or at least there are not so many in our yard but the few there are, are very cheeky, leave presents like apples and steal from the garden!

i was watching a squirrel in the wet grass yesterday day and they did a guinea pig popcorn. they jumped and in mid air shook their fur. it was very funny. they were trying to dry...a guinea pig does that when they are happy. maybe the squirrel was happy too.

It's cute how Manny curls his front feet in toward his chest. They are all so cute. Thanks for sharing!

I used to hand feed a squirrel that would stuff both cheeks with nuts like a chipmunk. It's the only one i ever saw do that. All the other ones would just either eat 1 nut at a time or take 1 nut at a time and go hide it.

I think you're correct about Manny being Jewel's Papa. I paused the video several times & their fur is very similar (unless it's just the fur changing thing). My daughter's cat was sitting on the porch with me the other day & this cute squirrel came right up to me looking for peanuts. The cat just sat there watching. Brave squirrel bc they usually stay away when she's outside.

I feed 12 squirrels when my wife and I moved in our house there is a crippled squirrel now I feed her and her whole family she is doing great.I love your vids.😊

Dear Manny, first time hands feed wow Ma'am, awwh bless them, the peanuts too big for starlings and the likes, I use peanut granules for their straight small beaks or suet pellets as they cant handle even half peanuts or too bigger bread bites! 🙏💓👐💗🐾💕🐦🌲🍃💕😇🌈🎶💞💝

I’m soooo jealous of all those cute little squickers munching at your window, I’d sooo love to do that myself, but there are no squirrels around unfortunately. I miss the ones we had all over the place in Ontario. I’m glad I get to watch yours. Take good care of them!!

I'm jealous. I've been feeding about 20 fox squirrels every day for YEARS now. Every morning, they wait in the front yard for their walnuts, pecans, or almonds, yet they still run away from me. 😪 It isn't fair..... sigh.

Wow!! Success, Manny took a nut from your hand.!! For me that's such and awesome feeling. Your fur-babies are so lucky to have you. Have you ever tried Sugar Snap Peas? I had two boys that loved them. Thank you ever so much for these videos!

I got around 3 squirrels that frequent my window. Last spring I had 2 adults, but think something happened to one. I used to be able to see 2 adult sized squirrels at same time, but this winter & spring I only see one at any time. But late winter I started to see 2 juvenile ones visiting. I still am amazed you can tell them apart (beyond the obvious traits like torn ear) I could never spot a difference between the 2 adults, but I can see differences between the two juvies; Rudy's tail has more red in it (similar to one of yours) and Scraggle has a scraggly tail.... but that may fill out when s/he's an adult... then I may not tell the difference between them and Big Momma. sigh, not even Big Momma, who's been visiting my window sill for over a year, will come up when I'm near the window. so no, I don't hand feed them.

It must be so hard to resist the urge to reach out and pet them while they eat. They're so adorable!

After looking at the video of how you tell them apart, I truly believe you are called to do this!
