I Made A MINI INDOOR POND With Guppies
I made a mini indoor pond fish tank with fancy guppies! This aquascape was one of my favorites and since building it I've raised and given away over 100 guppy fry! I'm always excited to see what color they turn out :)

I really love the dimensions of this tank. It is just beautiful. It isn't too big but the fish have a fair amount of lateral swim space. Absolutely great.

The thing i like the most in this video(except the tank dimensions) is the fact that they mentioned the quarantine tank. It is the most important thing if you want to have a long term healthy tank

I agree quarantine is really important but if they are the only livestock then it's not so important imo!

Honestly i never heard of that quarantine / cycle thing before. What is it exactly? Is there anything special to do with the tank during this time?

Beautiful tank and set up. Glad to see the quarantine and cycling process. I had the same setup with guppies, white sand, bountiful plants on a smaller scale (5 gallons)...loved it...then within a few months, the white sand turned green/ brown and it was a constant battle trying to maintain the original vision despite weekly maintenance. Good luck!

@@geenskeen The green/brown sand is an imbalance or a maintenance issue. It is not a normal process.

I doubt that they are permanent homes but are temporary just for the views. I'm more concerned with what happens to the fish afterwards.

@@ComancheWarrior63 maybe they give them to people they trust, or maybe they’re like other channels that genuinely have dozens of tanks, a lot have even more
I once had a 40 gallon saltwater tank with flame scallops, green clams(?), a feather duster, an anemone, a scooter blenny, a mandarin goby and a yellow tang. The most fun was watching the brine shrimp ( otherwise known as "sea monkeys" ) I raised to feed my fish!

Great video. Interesting to see. Maybe the pieces of wood would become rotten and start polluting the water in time. This is what happened to me. Seeing more and more features like these today. Just highlights that having an aquarium can be more fun than originally thought.

There won't be any updates because the tanks are temporary. They're created to make a video and nothing more. Channels like this don't have the time or facilities to maintain every project. Hopefully the fish are given to fish keepers with actual permanent homes.
The click bait: two red and blue beautiful fully grown fishes swimming: the video: yeh so have this little Grey babies that look nothing like the cover.
