When my family makes sushi we always make the rice more sticky so that it’ll shape better, we normally use the nori sheets over the rice and under because it helps the rice not fall if it isn’t sticking on the one sheet

@@sr.jamesnoble8150 i think they specifically said asain due to the fact it's sushi rice - the grain length being most commonly cultivated in asia. It's okay to generalize in circumstances like this.

I don't know if this works but I heard somewhere that if you put the box into the fridge it won't stick to itself when you use it later because it's supposed to be cold or something
