You found the winning combination. Being a KZreadr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but hard work (with a little bit of Famester) will pay off eventually.

It’s crazy how Jack went from a dead channel earning basically no money or views too now a thriving channel thats had more views than his main channel monthly sometimes. Love to see the success you’ve had Jack!

This is such a crazy saga I still remember the fateful reddit video where Jack discovered that the spanish channel had seen a resurgence I love love love the longer more story focused videos are once again the main trend on youtube Great video jack, and please make more videos in this trend I love them a lot more But then again whatever you upload will probably be amazing because you are one of the greatest creators on this platform

These kinds of analytics are always interesting - you really are at the mercy of the KZread algorithm, which in this case helped in the end. There was a long time where it wasn't doing well. It's a shame the KZread letter wasn't in Spanish also though.

In reality, the channel does not even reach 2 million, so it does not even enter the top 200 channels with the most subs in Spanish.

Thanks for making this, I'm a native English speaker but im learning spanish so this will be a very good language learning tool.

I made my yt channel just in 2024, so watching Jack being able to have multiple channels and gain hundreds thousands subscribers on all of them, and even 1.33 million on his spanish channel, give me a lot of hope and motivation to work hard on my own channel.
