This reminds me of 'Need For Speed -2 SE'. Back when games were simple yet awesome. Great work! Adding trees, props like billboards, and other non-interactable roads with buildings would make a sure AAA

The video was awesome! Nowadays it's incredibly easy to create racing games with Unity! I'm eager to see more videos like this with future Unity sale events :D The only thing I felt was missing from your video was more realistic car sounds, there are assets that can handle this. You could have tried out the "Realistic Engine Sounds" asset, which has cool car sounds and it's also compatible with RCC, very easy to integrate. It's usually on a discount during major Unity sales. :D

honestly AAA today means we spent $500MM on this game, but 499.9999999995 million was spent on wokifying it. the game itself is yet to be finished. only AAA studio i have faith in is Rockstar for GTA VI. 10 years, 2 billion, and silence. Theyre not releasing it yet because in their opinion "It is not consumer ready yet, there's still a ways to go". that was in 2018. recently there was a leak and it looks like you'd expect a AAA game. Hopefully they don't go full 2077 or 2042. They have so far been an awesome developer.

Me: takes 20 months to make a simple racing game. Samy: does it in one day! -Great job Samy, awesome video!

Fog can go a long way it helps in adding depth in a game.

I like this kind of videos you have nice ideas. Maybe you can make some kind of series out of it. For the topic racing game you can make some more tutorials for the important assets which you used in this video (easy street asset....). Or you can make another series for fps shooter game... one video like this where you show how you put everythink together. And then some videos in form from tutorials for the assets which u used.

You are a very aggressive driver. You made this game, you gave those AI a purpose in life to cross that finish line. Then you rammed into them as if they had each personally offended you.

I like the idea of making a game with assets on sale! Sort of getting Mix and Jam vibes but with the Samyam twist! P.S. terrain video would be cool!
