Great video really insightful, i have 2 questions 1) what is the best way to price your templates 2) Do you know how many templates Erica sold in the first year of her launching her shop?

Oh fabulous question! For pricing I'd work backwards from what revenue you'd like to make, then how many you think you're likely to sell (for this a good rule of thumb is between 1-3% of your email list size per sale) & see what it says! You can then tweak as needed! Anndd fabulous question - you'd have to ask Erica that one - I'm sure she'd be happy to share!

Thank you to you both! Silly question which I'm not sure is obvious, where do you host the actual template shop, is it also on Squarespace? I am wondering how to include live demos for each template. Take care xo.

No silly questions around here! Thanks so much for askin! So you can defs host your shop on Squarespace -and for your template demos, if you'd like live templates you can have a password protected site that people can access via your sales page. Just one question, after we make the template, where do we sell it? Does sqsp has a template marketplace that we can submit the template? Or we need to create our own online shop to sell it? If we need our own website to sell like Erica does, then its not that easy to sell things on your own website. You need to think about the traffic, SEO, paid ads, etc.

You nailed it. A million dollar template shop is still a lot of work haha. Correct, to sell templates en masse you need your own shop and then do the marketing of your choice (traffic, SEO, ads, etc.) for said shop
