On the record he says something like "jump out rip out a chainsaw, rip you from neck down, rip you from head to toe ooooo". I always thought it was just jibberish as he always does it like that live.

The NuMetal genre hasn't always transferred over well to the live show, but goddamn if Wayne didn't sound EXACTLY like he does on the album....just incredible. Honestly they are one of the most 'true to the album' bands to ever perform. The world misses you Wayne.

Haha yeah, Wayne's pretty kickass, I wasn't at this show but was at Ozzfest when they came to Boston and got to meet and talk to Wayne, He's a really cool dude.

One of their best jams. Nick is amazing to watch when they play this song live, especially 0:42-0:56 He got so into it the 2 times I saw them live. The drum sticks were swung back so far, he was practically scratching his own back with them.

Yeah!! I just saw them live a few weeks ago and it was crazy. What amazed me the most was their "sound" live. You honestly can't tell the difference a lot of times between the live performance and the mastered cds or lp. Incredible band to see live.

Static X... blows my head off... makes the hair on my head stand up... and gives me the metal edge i always wannit to have... in all songs that they play... yeah an absurdly indumetal band... insane at its best!!!

Static-X was one of the best bands to come out of that era, in my opinion. They're rather underrated. I pretty much share their philosophy when it comes to guitar playing- keep it simple and keep it heavy!

Saw Static X live at Rockfest in Deer Island Oregon I think was 2001 or so.. They were by far the best band there. They were studio quality live.. Fucking amazing!! They became one of my favorite bands after that.. RIP Wayne :( Very missed

That crowd sucked. When Wayne shouted for them to sing that chorus with him, they hardly bothered to join him. When I saw System Of A Down live (and you can find the video here on KZread, Rock Am Ring 2011) watch the difference of the crowd, you can hear them sing Lonely Day with Daron clear as day. I saw Static X open up for System of a Down at the old DV8 in Salt Lake City in 98, when they were both touring their first albums. I was 17 and it was first time I had heard either band and I didn't know who had the cooler hair between Serj's Mane and Wayne's Massive Flat-top. I heard this song and I was pulverized. Then I heard System play Spiders and I thought, well I'm gonna go kill myself because I'll never see a better show than this. Then I saw Neurosis and it was hasta-la-bye-bye NU Metal!

Wayne Static has resently announced that there will be a live DVD out this year.

Static X is still the best band I have ever seen live. Best concert I've ever been to. Amazing. So has anyone found the 7 hidden monkeys in the "I'm with Stupid" music video because it drives me nuts, and I can only find one.
