There are some inflated/boosted ranks for some out there. The rank it’s very common in is plat.

There's plenty of times you can goof off and have fun and go diving people, but the biggest thing I want from my lucio is to help me when I keep getting dived like booping them away and healing me back up. If you help protect your other healer if their having trouble they will love you, or dps if they're also getting focused and dived. Just focus on what people might need first, when things are stable then you can start trying to cause a ruckus on your own or help speed flank someone around. Also try speeding people caught in the open or team trying to get through a hard choke, good team mates working together will count on you for that. Some tanks will also appreciate you speeding them in and out of danger, you just have to feel out how they play and what they might want

In my experience 80% of stomp matches are a dps diff. The rest is 15% tank diff and 5% support diff.

Ehhhh i dont play support but i feel like its like 25% support. Tank is probably rarest, dps has only a slight edge tho

​@@Azarthesin my experience supports have the biggest control over whether you win but yank have the biggest sway over whether you lose. A dps diff can be counteracted by good supports but a bad tank is an instant lose

it's soo weird that people insist that DPS lucio is the wrong way to play him, like how would you like lucio to be played? healbot? lucio taxi? lucio can taxi players and speed boost mid fight is not all that effective, ignoring that you can DPS while speed boosting your team, besides lucio taxi is not essential since life weaver pull and symmetra teleport can also fill that slot nicely, i just don't get it, i see the best lucio players playing this way but they are playing him wrong. wtf?

It sucks that supports have to become dps players in order to carry games. If we could get comp points based on our individual performance rather than a team win then I think the support DMG rise wouldn't be a problem anymore. I could stay alive and get insane DMG amp and healing and rez on mercy and we still lose because all the rest of my teammates have double digit deaths but me with my 3 deaths would still gain comp points; rn it feels as though my rank isnt a showcase of my own individual performance, especially as a main support player

if you’re consistently having the lowest deaths in the lobby and losing, it most likely means that you aren’t making any risky plays that put you at risk of dying, so aren’t actually bringing any value to your team and are just boosting your numbers. if you die in overwatch, you just respawn a second later, so don’t be afraid to improv some risky plays. sometimes you’ll feed, and sometimes it’ll actually work and you’ll carry the team fight. basically what i’m saying is if you make more big plays then sometimes you’ll die and lose, and sometimes you’ll win, but if you sit in the back doing nothing you will always lose. make plays and when you die take note of why you died and how to do it better next time.

So being too 500 means nothing if your team can’t work together , this game takes way to much team work
