@@sheepomanz6472yeah a lot of freed slaves had nowhere to go with no prospects so they got roped into indentured servitude for years after the civil war doing the same work and dealing with the same racism from the same people who oppressed them it’s fucked 😭😭😭

@VioletRM its an already well set up home out in the middle of the apocalypse with a good trading post with lots of stock, why the hell would someone want to leave it after being freed from the raiders? Where are they gonna go anyways, another raider outpost?

i love how npcs like her and sturges in sanctuary say "you helped us so much! you are always welcome here!", bro wdym i'm welcome here, this is MY place, YOU are welcome here at my behest, I set you free/saved you/built up this entire place from nothing tf you mean i'm welcome as if you own this place. now go pick some food for the privilege of living here and be thankful i don't even charge you caps for rent
