You use the heels like rudders. It’s not easy - 15 years of training and it was killing my feet (my arthritis didn’t help) when I stopped and took years to adjust my posture. I still catching myself walking on my toes when I’m in flats.

It’s actually easier to dance in heels coz it takes less effort and stress to squat and stand. I wear old heels to garden coz it’s so much easier to squat. Try it yourself and you’ll see.

I really love you guys, Miranda and Vic as a brother sister duo, but also I love watching Miranda with hubby, Dash and Vic with Lauren, you all four are such great dancers. I love how you make people happy, putting smiles on their faces through dance, while keeping it family friendly through your performances, so the younger ones can look up to you, and nowadays that’s actually something to be said, and a big plus, because many cannot say this. I can see your character and morals in all that you do during your performances, (dances) and that you’re wanting to be good role models for the younger generations coming up behind you.
