I get that this man makes valid point about scams originating in India and Indians feeling excessively proud of their history, but I as an Indian would not be apologizing on behalf on anyone, just because someone in my country has done something wrong, there is no need for other Indians to try to salvage the image of Indians by apologizing. You did nothing wrong and you owe nobody an apology. Peace out.

Yo one thing I've found interesting is that I've never seen these obnoxious comments on videos about MVC, PDES, 2nd order ODEs, Laplace & Fourier Transforms, Power series etc. And I think it's because all these concepts aren't a part of jee syllabus. So i think these bois are just "aspirants" bragging about their exams' difficulty rather than exploring higher maths or olympiads and contest problems.

But if you can read Classical Chinese and look into it, most of them are just some summaries of particular examples of a specific theorem and there’s never proof or generalization of the case whatsoever lmao. One can only be great if he acknowledges he’s not that great at the beginning so that learning follows. For a country/ civilization, it’s the same thing.

Wait.. isn’t it more a problem for Shopify than it is for India? Actually, watching this video I didnt know that there is a clever hack on the Shopify algorithm. Seems like sellers would prefer not to make videos teaching how to cheat them into free stuff. But, in the spirit of mathematics -it appears this is the algorithm described: 1) order whatever you like on Shopify, and wait to receive it 2) dispute the sale as fraudulent 3) before the conflict process starts, quickly order and dispute a similar item before the seller can ship. Then, the machine learning algorithm has evidence from point (3) against the shopkeeper as being unreliable - since it is provable that the order wasn’t fulfilled. And then it will likely infer the same for the order in (1). Don’t see much of a Desi-specific spin here…

JEE is merely an entrance exam for higher secondary school or junior college students (17-18 year olds) for getting into the govt's premier engineering colleges. Anyone who has completed an engineering degree (or any science degree) is far better qualified. It's like the 4 year old who gets impressed by the 10 year old because he can count upto a hundred. To the 4 year old, maths is only counting.

I work as a software developer remotely for a company in the UK and here almost a year ago I had an unfortunate opportunity of interviewing 2 people from this country, they claim to have 5 years of experience but they couldn't answer a simple question during the interview, after doing a little research myself I found out they didn't have any employment history with the company that was listed on their resume, they weren't even developers to begin with, it looks like both of them knew each other and were trying to lie about their employment history. Also please don't blame poverty, my friends and I grew up in a poor neighborhood and we never pulled sh*t like this to make an honest living.

You are absolutely right about the education system in India. "Never let school get in the way of learning" was my motto in my final school years. The way they taught STEM subjects in particular was so ridiculous it was almost comical. (In the 4 years of making us memorise trig identities they never once bothered to talk about the unit circle, our computer science teacher sometimes made us write code ON PAPER, the list goes on...) The only thing that kept me going was educational youtube channels like yours, which in addition to making me actually understand the topics, also served as a reminder of how exciting and fun science is

The comments 100% reflect a certain kind of personality you can observe in India. The ones that have so much disdain for the west (especially due to British colonialism) and think that due to the domination of the west in general, the supposed glories of India go unnoticed. In some cases, that may even have some truth to it, but none of it excuses the obnoxious behaviour. Terribly sorry on their behalf. As for the exam-that-must-not-be-named, I sorta see why people keep bringing it up, but absolutely DO NOT condone it. People who prepare for it dedicate 2-4 (sometimes more) years of school to it. They give up most of what is fun and study for hundreds if not thousands of hours. Its a very, very competitive exam due to the sheer number of applicants, and not getting through literally drives people to killing themselves. Of course we have it on our minds all the time and some feel like always talking about how difficult it is when its irrelevant. I have spent a lotta time studying for it myself (even though I don't want to clear it anyway, I have other plans), and I completely agree with your comment on how it is not something that actually assesses how much you understand and is mostly about formulas. I will never understand those who say our education system is superior, because most of us agree that its shite. Yes, we learn a fair few things that the average high school student in the US doesn't, but the methods of teaching and assessment basically make all that useless. The system awards memory, not true understanding of the subject. Regarding your business...I'm so sorry you're having to go through all these issues. We Indians are just as annoyed by fraudsters among us who want free money or products. I don't know how exactly Shopify works, but its seems so bad that it is practically inviting these people, and it is completely understandable that you'd want to restrict selling to Indians. I hope you find a way to resolve this issue.

Hey. An Indian here. First off, please change the title. Not only will it get demonetized but its also racist. I understand that you said in the video on how you don't hate all Indians and just the scammers and the boasters but the title can be changed to something better like "Im so fed up with Indian Scammers." That will get you just as many clicks if not more (since youtube suppresses videos it thinks goes against their community guidelines). But, with that being said, I completely agree about everything said in the video. Scammers are annoying and hated even by Indians but you have to understand that its an underdeveloped country with 1.3 billion people with widespread internet access so some of us go to extreme lengths to get money even if it means scamming people. Also not being to cancel order kinda sucks since you have no option but to restrict access to your shop from India which is heartbreaking but understandable. Regarding the obnoxious boasters, I agree. In India, engineering is heavily overrated and competitive making the exams difficult not because of its question difficulty but because of the sheer number of people but some indians take some sort of pride on that and love to brag about it every single video even remotely related to india/exams. The education system here is so bad but they dont realise that. We are taught fron a very young age about how most of the mathematics were supposedly discovered by Indians and then later on western countries just claimed it as their own which is just absurd but what can you do when the system itself promotes it. Love your videos.

An Indian and a German used the Riemann Zeta Function to solve the Theory of Everything and the Son of the Rocket Man involved in that discovery is about to shakeup math and physics forever and PAPA MATHS is gonna help. Dad was in the Firing Room for Apollo 10, 11, 12, 16, 17 and Skylab 2, 3, and 4 and he knew Wernher von Braun and they both knew the EM Field caused gravity! The Shape of a Photon is that of a 3 D Riemann Zeta Function Z(1/2 + it) revolved about the x axis. Half of the total momentum of a Photon is the Real part and the the momentum of the dipoles revolving about the center of "mass" is the imaginary part or Phase Space. Dipoles have a small mass of about 10^(-60) kg each and they carry all momentum on elementary particles. A green photon has about 10^(29) EM Kinetic Dipoles liquified into a Quantum Superfluid flowing inside the Photon according to its Wave Function which describes the internal flows of EM dipole QSF momentum. The Photons shape is calculated using the Riemann Zeta Function because the Bose Gas of EM Field Dipoles that fills the Vacuum uses Riemann Zeta to determine the volume of the photon and the number of EM dipoles it takes to fill that volume based on the Degrees of Freedom of the EM Dipoles kinetically colliding in that volume. A Photon is truly a Bose Einstein Condensate of the Actual Quantum Level Gas of Planck Sized EM Field Kinetic Dipole Particles. A Photon is trillions of EM Dipoles liquified into a Quantum Superfluid. Riemann Zeta is a natural function that describes all particles systems including the only real particle, the EM Kinetic Dipole. All other Particles are made of condensed EM Dipoles. All forces are caused by EM Dipole Collisions in vacuum or in QSF. Bose and Einstein figured out the REAL TTOE and let it slip away due to assumptions that the EM field has no mass. It does have mass. One cubic meter of Vacuum has a mass of 10^(-18) kg of EM dipoles. This is Dark Mass. Dark Energy or Vacuum energy comes from the kinetic collisions of EM Dipoles as they hit you at speed "c".

The reason Indian exams are tough is because we have a huge population with limited number of seats in government colleges. India is sadly a overpopulated country with not so great economy. So, most of the students have no choice but to study for like 8-12 hours a day (especially JEE advanced students). Here, there are tons of big coaching centres who prepare them for the exams like JEE, JEE advanced, NEET, National Olympiads, international Olympiads, etc. These coachings are also quite expensive, they charge minimum Rs. 2 lakh for 2 year course. Some of these coachings really help you to get better at your subjects because the teachers are also overqualified and highly paid. But sadly many students don't get the proper guidance and mentors. The education system in India is just a huge business. I think the huge competition and comparative mindset of most of the Indian parents make the students a bit obnoxious. Here if you score less, you would immediately be compared with someone who scored a lot of marks than you and I think that makes the kids hugely competitive. In India, education (STEM) is not something people do out of passion but for the pride of their parents (not all though). You would hear many students that they are studying hard to make their parents feel proud (and I feel that's kind of stupid and senseless). That's the problem with Indians, they have pride issues when it comes to education and when some students score less they are going to be looked down upon.

Indians are also annoyed of scammers. I do feel bad for you but honestly everyone will take opportunity of you if you are not careful enough. In the western countries, education system is much more flexible and here it's completely rigid. Moreover due to our huge population, the cutthroat competition simply kills us. And here's the problem with JEE, the exam isn't that hard but due to caste reservation, those who belong to the general caste have to score above 97 percentile to get a decent college. As an Indian I was annoyed by these kind people too. Thanks for speaking about this. If I had commented or said something about this then those so called "proud" or whatever people will proceed to make stupid arguments with me. It is not just their quantify of comments, but also their quality of stupidity.

As an Indian, it's all sadly a norm in these places. You're not at fault for feeling frustrated, because we do so too. There's a reason why we keep those folks on the lowest rung of the ladder, for once they climb, God knows what kinds of scams they will pull off.

I don't get this blaming the nationality bit. Kind of small minded.. The name of the perpetrator is hidden but the nationality is shown as if nationality and not the person is at fault.. Small minded.. Fringe people exist everywhere.. Can't take it out on ramanujam. Expected better from a mathematician.

Utterly disgusting, not to mention embarrassing, that my fellow countrymen could behave like this. Yes, there are 1.25 bn of us and not every one is representative of the others, given the almost ridiculous amount of diversity, but this is most embarrassing. I know this means nothing, but I'm sorry on their behalf :(

Hi! I have been a long term subscriber of your channel. It's been I guess three years now. When I was back in India. These kind of things annoyed the hell out of me too. I am really sorry you have to go through this, every country has scammers, but because of population and approachability to the English language, India has much more of them. :// I feel sad that some really interested followers would not have access to your shop products, but I can totally understand from where your rage is coming from. About KZread, so the shitshow starts because everyone makes such a huge deal about that exam, and we spend all our late teen life basically Training for that test. It is reinforced a billion times to us that JEE is the most important thing. I feel sad that those people live in that bubble. During taking that test, and even after years of taking that test. Also, one interesting thing is, the people who actually succeed in that test are so humble and have nothing obnoxious to say. It's just the ego of people who couldn't clear it. About the Mathematician thing-y funny thing is Ramanujam didn't even have infrastructure or resources in India to develop, he had to eventually go to the UK. That's the sorry state. Our right wing-ish government kind of re-inforces that Trigonometry came from ancient texts from India or whatever. It does suck balls. Lol. So annoying. Anyway! I hope you still have some love for many cool Indian people who love your channel 🥺🥺

The kids who are bragging about Jee advance are just aspirants who never scored well in those tests and coz they've not explored higher mathematics they only think about how tricky the problems are and not really the concept. When I was a jee aspirant I used to think the same coz most people don't score well in those so you cling on to this idea that you're not bad it's the test that's hardest in the word blah blah. So, it's sad that you had to deal with scammers but don't worry about the comments they're just kids who have no idea about the beauty of mathematics, they're just running a race and for them math is just 1 hurdle in the road of IITs, NITs.

This sounds so stupid .. cause as far as I've seen tricky questions are questions where your fundamental concepts need to be clear... And you won't be able to solve it with memorising and etc ..that's the whole point of jee advanced. I'm sure people who brag are idiots .. but don't undermine the exam itself the peoples mentality..

Really embarrassing to deal with. I think India's going through a bit of a phase right now, I understand wanting to put up some distance until we get our shit together. Godspeed.
