¿Ya te recuperastes? Gripe y dolor de garganta es bueno: gengibre, limin y miel de abeja. Picotear un poco de Gengibre, un limon y 4 cucharadas bien llenas de miel. Dejar descansar por una hora y cada rato tomar un poco. Y para la noche el mismo te, solo que bien caliente y acrescentar mas uno limon, água herver un rato y tonar bien caliente. Uno grande y fuerte abrazo.

I am from the Philippines. I finished planting beans from my backyard. I rest and suddenly come across to your channel. When I will retire, I wanted to live a simple life as of your videos. Gardening/Planting and racing animals makes me relax from work. by the way I am a teacher but when I was young we use to plant vegetables and sell it. This was our source of living and we stayed in simple house with my family.

I m 70+ years. I have experience with cold in my country. There some home remedies . You are lacking vitamin C in your body. I doy know if you could afford to buy ginger, pepper powder and lime juice to heal this cold within three days.effective for sore throat and cough as well. It keeps you warm and get relief.
